We love this place! We have stayed multiple times and always found it clean and perfectly appointed. There is plenty of room for everyone in our large family. And, we almost always get to see a dolphin in the canal.

House was clean. Furniture was nice. Dishes were plentiful. Didn't like the stainless cookware so we bought non-stick pans. Enjoyed the pool although it is too small for swimming.

Nice House with a pool

My family stayed here for a fishing trip and we really enjoyed it. The house was clean and spacious and it was nice relaxing in the pool. The host was very kind and made sure we had everything we need. I would absolutely recommend this property.

Fantastic stay! Location was great and we loved the house and pool. Pool has some shade from morning until afternoon and again late evening. Nice breeze upstairs on patio during mid-day. Great view of canal and dolphins in the bay.

We had a great time - the pool was perfect for the kids, the fishing area was a little tight but the kids enjoyed the neighbor kids as well, the kayaks went over well, one of the best stocked kitchens we have encountered, lots of space for prep and serving, amazing pressure and plentiful hot water for showers for a large group, porches were cool and breezy. Great view of 4th fireworks.When rented, we were unaware the downstairs is independent of the upstairs with no inside access - only the outside stairwell. Had to rearrange sleeping arrangements but worked out as a daytime game activity for the kids away from everyone else.Ready to head back!

Our family takes a trip every summer. We were thrilled to find this place on the dates all could go. Our kids really enjoyed the pool & fishing off the little dock. They had fun catching crab & perch. Hope we can stay again sometime.

Perfect place!

It was the perfect getaway for my family! We enjoyed the pool & fishing off of the pier. Tammye was great to work with and had great communication. We will stay here again.

Definitely recommend

Great communication with the host. They allowed us an early check in so that’s always great!Property was as described with more perks. Kids loved using the sup and kayak. The pool was heated to perfect temp to enjoy!It had room for everyone to have their own space and the game room and laundry room were a bonus! I would definitely stay here again. Zero problems.

A great place to stay in Rockport

For 4 men going fishing in Rockport, this house had everything we needed. Clean and comfortable with a nice view at the end of a canal and close to all of Rockport shopping, restaurants and everything else. Wwe didn't use the pool, but it was very inviting. Our host was always available to our questions and needs. Stay here.

Great Stay With Family

The place is up to date and very clean. Kids had fun swimming in the pool and fishing off the dock. Open floor plan is great for multiple people moving around. Would stay again.

Perfect for Your Large Family!

This property was absolutely perfect for our annual summer gathering in Rockport! The kids had their own space in the bunk room, all of the adults were very comfortable in the upstairs rooms, the games were great, the pool was spectacular, and we had a wonderfully memorable time. The home is laid out so that we never felt crowded, even with 8 adults, 3 kids and our pup! Highly recommend this home for your next family gathering!

Great time!

The communication was great, property was wonderful. Game room was pretty cool. We did not realize the game room/bunk beds were completely separate, had to go outside and downstairs to enter…maybe that’s our fault and we missed it in the listing. But if you’re planning on young children sleeping down there, just know they will be sleeping basically in like a garage apartment type thing. Pool was so relaxing! The house is also walking distance to the big community pool which was a lot of fun! We would definitely stay there again!

Cleanest VRBO ever! So much ROOM!

We had to book this property VERY last minute (like Friday night at 5 pm for a week long stay starting immediately) because our original VRBO choice was not up to par when we arrived. The owner was VERY responsive, very attentive to our needs, and a great communicator! We were able to get right into the house within minutes, and we loved it here! The house was amazingly clean - no sign of pets anywhere. The teens enjoyed having the downstairs all to themselves with the game room and bunks. The kitchen had everything we needed. A/C worked great. The pool was fun for the kids. We all enjoyed sitting on the upstairs patio because the way this house is positioned at the end of the canal, you always have a nice breeze flowing through. This meant NO mosquitos! Yay! The neighborhood is more upscale and definitely feels safe. You have a great view of the bay from the upper deck as well. Overall definitely a 10/10 and would recommend it to anyone!!

Something for everyone

House is in a great location and checked all the boxes. Pool for everyone, grill for dad, tvs in every room, games for kids and dad, and great views to enjoy morning coffee for grandma. Communication with owner was amazing and really made the stay even better. Great place to stay! Highly recommend.

Larg group stay

First time staying in Rockport, we usually stay closer to Port-A. Great area with access to more stores and convinces. The house is a great size, plenty of room for cooking and hanging out. Would definitely re-book!

Great location and lots of activities for kids.

Our weekend was great. Pool was so convenient. House had everything we needed and loved being on the water. Only recommendation would be to get a gate for staircases whether it be for the kids or dogs.

This is our first coastal home. After visiting Rockport for 15 years, we decided to buy a second home and also share our home when we are not able to use it.
