A Reel Paradise - Everyone`s Favorite Getaway!

Reel Paradise is a breathtaking canal home with a view of Little Bay located in Key Allegro, Rockport, Texas.  With five (5) bedrooms and three (3) bathrooms, sleeping 13, this home is perfect for large groups and families.  Reel Paradise is complete with an outdoor kitchen, bar, swimming pool, large hot tub, a shuffle board, a Mist Away mosquito system, fishing /boating dock, fish cleaning station with power and water, and a ladder for easy access in and out of the water. 

Upon entering the home, you are greeted with an abundance of natural light that highlights the beautiful décor that continues throughout the home.  The primary bedroom downstairs has a wall of windows, complete with plantation shutters, overlooking the pool and patio.  It also has French doors, with built in shutters for privacy, opening to the pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, and bar.   This room has a king size bed as well as a full-size bed.  It also boasts a large living area complete with a ceiling fan and an Apple TV.

The large primary bath downstairs has a large soaking tub, and a separate shower and private toilet. 

The second bedroom downstairs has a bunk bed with trundle, plantation shutters, a lot of storage and a new Roku TV. 

In addition to the above, the downstairs has a large laundry room with brand new large capacity, front loading GE Profile washer and dryer, a soaking sink, folding table, ironing board and iron, steamer, drying rack and more.  In addition, there is a commercial ice maker in the garage – perfect to fill the ice bin in the outdoor kitchen/bar or coolers for the boat or beach.

The outdoor kitchen/bar boasts a brand-new large Blaze gas grill, two (2) drink refrigerators, sink, built-in ice bin and is stocked with bar ware, Ninja blender, utensils, and an oversized pot for a fish boil.  In addition, there are beach/water accessories including kayaks, a large water Lily Pad float, noodles, beach towels, beach chairs and more for your pleasure.  The swimming pool has a maximum depth of 3 ½ feet and the hot tub is 4 feet deep. 

The main living area is located on the second floor with a wall of windows overlooking the canal and Little Bay.  The over-sized living, dining and breakfast area have an open concept with plenty of seating for dining, relaxing, and playing games.  A large variety of games and puzzles are available to please all ages including mahjong, poker, Rumiko, Scrabble, Yahtzee, Life, Bunco, dominoes, cards, puzzles and more for you to enjoy.  There is also a reading nook with a view and a large assortment of books.  The upstairs deck has an outdoor dining table that seats eight (8) and a sunning area with two lounge chairs. 

The large chef-inspired kitchen is truly a culinary dream complete with a bar area with four (4) bar stools, ice maker, a large assortment of cooking and baking ware, utensils, large serving bowls and platters, cutting boards, an abundance of dishware, glassware, roasting pan, a new Ninja blender, air fryer, crock pot, waffle iron, regular coffee maker, Henckels knives and more!

The upstairs primary bedroom has a king size bed, large Apple TV, ceiling fan, an oversized dresser, and French doors (with built-in shutters) that open to a fully furnished private deck/patio overlooking the Bay.  This primary bath has a double vanity with two sinks, a window for natural light and a large shower with a bench and toilet in its separate room. 

The two guest rooms upstairs have queen beds, ceiling fans, windows with plantation shutters, and Apple TVs. 

A portable crib and highchair are available for you to use.

A brand new 6-seater golf cart, located in the garage, is also available for your use for an additional fee.  Please contact us directly to add its use to your stay.

 There is a ring camera at the front door entry, also there are security cameras on back patio kitchen and pool area for safety purposes.

Just a few minutes from the downtown Rockport and Fulton areas, Key Allegro offers easy access for golf carts and is close to many local restaurants and other entertainment.  This is the absolute perfect spot to watch the July 4th and Christmas fireworks every year, With perfect views of Little Bay and Rockport Beach!!

Cancellations: Changes or cancellations to reservations less than 30 days must be made 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. Monthly rentals must be canceled 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund. Monthly rentals canceled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the first month's rent and processing fees. For reservations made less than 14 days of arrival, you have 24 hours from the time that you made your reservation to cancel or shorten your stay.
