With over 3,000 s.f. of meeting room space, SunDestin Beach Resort is the perfect destination for vacations, reunions, and business meetings. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.



SunDestin Unit 0906 is a beautifully furnished one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo accommodating four. Upon entrance, you’ll be drawn to the open concept dining/living area with sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico. You’ll find everything you need to prepare meals and snacks in the fully appointed, well-stocked kitchen. After a day in the sun, kick back, unwind and catch a game or movie on one of two large, flat screen televisions. When the day is done, snuggle up in the master suite with king sized bed and en suite bathroom or in the living room on the queen-sized sleeper sofa. Come morning, enjoy the sunrise and coffee on the balcony, directly overlooking the gulf, with seating for four.



SunDestin Beach Resort, located in the heart of Destin, is just 10 minutes from Destin Commons. In addition to popular stores for men, women and children, the mall comes complete with a movie theater showing the latest releases and several dining options, including a Johnny Rockets.



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

Please note: As part of an exciting resort enhancement project, some amenities at SunDestin Beach Resort are currently under construction, including the restaurant, and outdoor pools.



During this time, guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations now and throughout the spring while setting clear expectations in advance to ensure a comfortable, positive stay during this improvement phase.
