Really nice place, right size, well maintained, clean, great location, easy beach access.

We were pleasantly surprised with this rental! It's a very nice place to stay....even with 5 15 year old teenagers! Tremendous ocean view and full length balcony. The condo had space for everyone to find their alone space while offering a great gathering point. We will stay here again!

Beautiful condo with a fantastic view.

This is the fifth condo we have stayed at in Breakers East. We love the location and layout here more than any other. #606 was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. The master bed is a little too firm for us but we slept well anyway listening to the waves. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful condo

The condo is very well appointed, comfortable and clean. Beautiful view, lots of light (corner unit) and a HUGE patio! Only negative is that when there is heavy traffic it’s difficult to get in/out of the parking lot.

Beautiful condo

Condo was very nice. Easy check-in process - just straight to room. Only a couple of small negatives: Need more lights in kitchen. Several bulbs out. Small detail but need soap dish in second bathroom. And a 9 am checkout is extremely early. However, we would definitely stay again!

Nice Condo and great complex

This is the second time our family has gone to Breakers East. We love that it isn't a gigantic complex where you are unable to enjoy the amenities. Pool area is always clean and beach access is easy, even with three children under 4! Condo was nice and we were comfortable. Our only complaint would be slightly more silverware.

This property is excellent (location, view of the Gulf), kitchen has everything you need...and more! Tons of clean, soft towels...cleaning could be a little more... Lock on front door takes a while to open but it works!

Beautiful View

The condo was very nice, clean, comfortable & the views from the balcony onto the Gulf are so beautiful, especially at dusk. It is definitely worth renting. Only thing that bothered us was the traffic trying to get onto & off of HWY 98. It is very dense. Destin is definitely an family fun destination. There were very few things for adults to do unless we traveled a lot of miles outside of the city. There are a lot of good places to eat. The Backporch was our hands down favorite. We sat on the Porch every chance we got so we could look at the ocean. Food is very good too. If that condo was in a different city, we'd be renting there again next year.

Lovely beach Vacation

The condo is situated on a gorgeous section of beach with white sand and beautiful sweeping ocean views. There are umbrellas and beach chairs all prepared to rent or you can bring your own. The co do is close to all kinds of recreation in Destin and we were doing something fun every day. Perfect family get away. Thank you!

Beautiful condo, right on the water

We were very impressed with the condo. in location, size, cleanliness and views. It's a great, centrally located unit that's close to everything and appeared to have been recently renovated. We will definitely return.

Nice Condo - Property Management Comms Could Improve

Nice condo with great location on beautiful beach. Wifi didn't work our entire stay and washing machine and dryer were also hit and miss. All communications with property manager was via text and it was impossible to chat verbally. We were compensated for the challenges experienced which was appreciated and professional. It's a shame because things would be have been perfect if not for those couple of challenges that could have been resolved quickly.

Please allow us to apologize again for the issues you had communicating with us during your stay. During that time we were experiencing extremely high communication volumes but this is not an experience we ever want our guests to have. Our team is now fully staffed again and we have created additional communication avenues for our in-house guests to make sure nothing is missed. We would love to see you again in the future! Ok but the beach rules are ridiculous

The place was clean but the bathrooms are really small. But the worst thing about this place was the beach rules. They won’t let you put up a beach tent. Small umbrella only and tgey would set up their own chairs and umbrellas up in the front and you were not allowed to set up your umbrella in front. If you wanted to see the ocean you had to pay for tgeir seats. On top of all that the guy that overlooked the beach was rude and couldn’t care less about anything. This is the first and the last time I rent from them.

Beautiful, clean, updated condo!

Our family takes a trip to the beach every summer, and this was the nicest condo we’ve stayed in by far. I have dust mite allergies, so cleanliess and lack of carpet is essential, and I had no problems with my allergies during our stay. The decor and updated kitchen and appliances really made it feel like home, and there was TONS of storage space, which can sometimes be lacking in condos. It really was impeccable...we loved all the original artwork, the master shower was luxury resort quality, balcony access from the master bedroom, and of course you can’t beat the views from the balcony. We would stay here again in a heartbeat, but I would caution people with very young children that the balcony railing was low by today’s building code requirements. Our boys (ages 6, 8, and 9) were told they had to sit in a chair and stay away from the railing, and it wasn’t a problem for us. The beach itself was gorgeous, and we have never found so many intact whole shells as we did on this trip! Of course, the downside to staying in a highrise is that all the umbrella/chair rentals are set up right next to each other, so expect to either bring your own stuff to set up just in front of or behind the rentals, or be very close to your neighbors. One thing we really enjoyed about the location was the proximity to stores and restaurants, and it is literally right across the highway from Big Kahuna Waterpark. In the past, we’ve stayed about 15 minutes up the beach, but we agreed that this location was extremely convenient. We also felt very safe, as it is a gated condo. Highly recommend!
