CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: AMENITY CLOSINGS EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 27, 2025

SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, and on-site restaurant are projected to be closed until the beginning of January 2026.

Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. Our goal is to keep you informed ahead of time so you can make the most of your stay with us.

Parking in the main lot may be limited. Please note that the drive-through area at the main lobby entrance, typically used for loading and unloading luggage, may be temporarily closed. Each one-and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

Not a problem, SunDestin’s fitness facility is perfect for some quick cardio and strength training, and the sauna is available for further relaxation if needed.

SunDestin Unit 0608’s coastal vibe takes you from beach to bedroom without missing a beat, with hues of blue and thoughtful decor throughout the unit.  Entering into a hallway, you’ll notice the master bedroom to the right. With a mounted flat-panel television and adjoining master bathroom, you’ll rest easy here after a long day of beach dwelling. Continuing down the hallway is a half bathroom that can be accessed from the main living area. Wainscotting along the parameter gives it a beachy feel as you prepare your meals in the well-stocked kitchen or lounge in the living room with flat-panel television and DVD player.  After sharing a meal in the dining area, take dessert to the balcony and watch a truly breathtaking sunset directly over the Gulf of Mexico.

This 1-bedroom unit has a master bathroom and a half bathroom. With a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living area, you’ll have room to sleep up to four people comfortably.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
