CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: AMENITY CLOSINGS EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 27, 2025

SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, and on-site restaurant are projected to be closed until the beginning of January 2026.

Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. Our goal is to keep you informed ahead of time so you can make the most of your stay with us.

Parking in the main lot may be limited. Please note that the drive-through area at the main lobby entrance, typically used for loading and unloading luggage, may be temporarily closed. Each one-and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as the resort works to improve and enhance the overall guest experience.

SunDestin Unit 1104 is a cozy one bedroom, one- and one-half bathroom condo accommodating up to four. Step into your home away from home bathed in sandy hues and filled with cozy decor and comfy furnishings. You’ll love preparing meals in the beautiful, fully appointed kitchen, filled with everything you might need. Relax in the living room with flat-screen TV and take in gorgeous views from virtually anywhere in this open-concept living dining space. Enjoy tropical drinks on the private balcony or settle in for the night on the queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room or in the master suite which houses a king-sized bed, flat screen television, and en suite bathroom.

You’ll find centrally located SunDestin Beach Resort close to all that Destin has to offer, including shopping, dining, fishing, golfing, and water activities. Glide around on a Segway, rent a watercraft for a day, or spend an afternoon shopping at Destin Commons or Silver Sands Premium Outlet. No matter what you enjoy, there’s something for everyone and just minutes away!

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
