SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. Amenities remain open and fully available for guest use aside from the splash pad.

Parking in the main lot may be limited, especially after hours. Each one- and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

SunDestin Beach Resort is directly on the Emerald Coast and is sure to be the place for many vacation memories for everyone. With a 24 hour on-site desk, the Scenic Stays team is always available.

SunDestin Beach Resort features onsite amenities including a newly renovated outdoor pool, an indoor pool (heated seasonally), outdoor hot tub, fitness center, gift shop, and steam room! Additional seasonal amenities include an outdoor tiki bar, splash pad and beach chair and umbrella rentals (fee). This resort offers the perfect setting for a great Destin vacation.

Enter SunDestin Unit 1416 and immediately you’re greeted by a view of the Gulf of Mexico in the open concept living space. An updated, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances offers plenty of room to make dinner after a day of exploring the Destin area. The kitchen overlooks the dining area, with seating for four, then flows to the living room with floor to ceiling windows bringing the outside in. The large balcony can be accessed from both the living room and bedroom and is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning.

This one-bedroom Destin vacation rental offers sleeping for up to four guests with the bedroom featuring a large king bed and a queen size sofa bed in the living area along with one full and one half bathroom for added convenience.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
