CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: AMENITY CLOSINGS EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 27, 2025

SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, and on-site restaurant are projected to be closed until the beginning of January 2026.

Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. Our goal is to keep you informed ahead of time so you can make the most of your stay with us.

Parking in the main lot may be limited. Please note that the drive-through area at the main lobby entrance, typically used for loading and unloading luggage, may be temporarily closed. Each one-and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as the resort works to improve and enhance the overall guest experience.

Property amenities abound, including a newly-renovated outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna, and steam room. The gift shop, conveniently located in the lobby, is packed with beach attire, supplies, water toys, and keepsakes. Check out the indoor pool (heated seasonally), complimentary DVD rentals, and exercise center. Indulge in seasonal amenities, including beach chair/umbrella rentals (additional fee), and an outdoor tiki bar. Comfortably host large functions and meeting events, as SunDestin Beach Resort boasts over 3,000 s.f. of meeting space. SunDestin Unit 0204 is a one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo comfortably accommodating up to six. You’ll enjoy the nautical decor throughout this unit, complete with all the comforts from home. The fully-appointed kitchen is the perfect spot to prepare and serve tasty treats for the beach. Enjoy meals, board games, or even a puzzle at the dining table with seating for all. The open-concept space in the living/dining area will ensure you don’t miss out on anything and you’ll never tire of the gorgeous gulf view from your private balcony. Lounge in the living room with a queen-sized sleeper sofa or the master suite with king-sized bed, both rooms equipped with flat-screen televisions. This unit now includes a murphy bed, allowing 6 people to stay in the unit! Bring your whole family!

As you venture out, you’ll find a plethora of creative cuisine, showcasing the area’s best ingredients. Enjoy local fare at the Back Porch Seafood & Oyster House, less than five minutes away. Smoked tuna dip, raw oysters, and seafood nachos are just a few of the starters on this family-friendly menu with something for everyone!

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
