Enjoy complimentary DVD rentals in your unit or head back outside to enjoy seasonal offerings, including beach chair/umbrella rentals (fee), an outdoor tiki bar, and a splash pad. Pick up beach supplies and snacks in the lobby gift shop and do it all again the next day! SunDestin Beach Resort houses more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space making it the perfect destination for  family reunions, weddings or business meetings. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.



Immediately feel a sense of calm upon entrance into SunDestin Unit 1002. Bathed in serene ocean blue and filled with cozy furnishings, you’ll find this restful retreat loaded with everything you need. This one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo accommodates up to four and is brimming with expansive gulf-front views. The kitchen is pristine, fully equipped, and loaded with substantial cabinet and counter space for meal prep. Watch a movie from the couch in the living room with flat-screen TV or catch a sunset on the balcony, directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Doze on the queen-sized sleeper sofa or in the master suite with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV and en suite bathroom for added convenience.



Spend your days relaxing on the beach, splashing in the water, and getting your tan on or venture off property and indulge in water activities, an array of eateries, and endless shopping!



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

During this time, guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations now and throughout the spring while setting clear expectations in advance to ensure a comfortable, positive stay during this improvement phase.
