CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: AMENITY CLOSINGS EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 27, 2025

SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, and on-site restaurant are projected to be closed until the beginning of January 2026.

Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. Our goal is to keep you informed ahead of time so you can make the most of your stay with us.

Parking in the main lot may be limited. Please note that the drive-through area at the main lobby entrance, typically used for loading and unloading luggage, may be temporarily closed. Each one-and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

Directly on the shore of the Emerald Coast sits SunDestin Beach Resort. This high-rise condominium complex boasts many amenities, including an outdoor and indoor pool, and an outdoor hot tub. Grab a couple of beach chairs and an umbrella on the beach (for an additional fee) and spend a day on the sand. A tiki bar is also open seasonally and The Sea Store is in the lobby- it’s a one-stop-shop for any souvenirs or snacks you might need.

SunDestin 1207 is an updated, coastal one-bedroom condo that brings the outside in. When you enter, you’ll find the bedroom plus one and a half baths that’s accessible from the bedroom and the hall for guest convenience. At the end of the hall, you’ll see a fully equipped and updated kitchen with everything you need to whip up breakfast or a homemade dinner. The kitchen opens right into the dining and living areas, with plenty of seating and a large flatscreen TV and DVD player so you can take advantage of the complimentary rentals that come with your stay. Walk through the sliding door to find sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico and seating for two to enjoy the sunrise and sunset. This one-bedroom rental has a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room to sleep up to four guests total.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

Located in the middle of Destin, SunDestin Beach Resort offers many great amenities on-site and is close to all the action in the area. Big Kahuna’s Water Park is less than a mile away and so is The Track. Both are great places to enjoy a day off the sand. Grab dinner at Harborwalk Village at the west end of Destin, just four miles from the resort.
