Spacious Corner Townhouse from Mt. Snow! Private hot tub!

Curl up with family and friends in front of the gas fire place on the giant red couch in our spacious but cozy 3 bedroom 3 full bathroom townhouse that sleeps 11! Wake up to views of Mount Snow which is 1 mile away across route 100. Have a dog? Bring him! Our yellow lab has fully inspected the premise and has confirmed dogs love it too!

There are three bedrooms in the townhome that make it a great place for family and friends. The Master bedroom has a king bed and its own bathroom. The Second upstairs bedroom has 2 queen beds and an its own bathroom. The third bedroom, which is downstairs, has one twin bunk bed and one twin/queen bunk bed; perfect for kids, singles or one couple.

Enjoy the peace and serenity of the mountains without having to give up the luxury of communication. 1 Gig high-speed Fiber WIFI and Streaming TV will let you answer emails and catch the big game if you desire. Otherwise disconnect from the outside world and enjoy our fully stocked game closet! (The unit also has decent cell reception if using Verizon / T Mobile). *The unit has recently been updated with Smart LED TVs in every room.

Your only worry on vacation should be about having fun! Snow Storm? No need to worry about shoveling, the community will make sure all the roads and walkways are clear and safe! Encounter another issue? I am just a phone call / text away and on site maintenance is able to address most other issues!

Enjoy peace of mind knowing that all surfaces are cleaned with anti bacterial cleaners and all sheets are bleached prior to arrival.

There is a MOOver shuttle stop right in front of the townhouse that will bring you to mount snow!

The Greenspring Community center has a newly renovated heated pool, hot tub, tennis/pickle ball courts, fire pit, game room, reading room, and full gym with pelotons! The community center is open to all guests and is just a short walk away.

We recently added a private hot tub for the enjoyment of our guests!** For use of the private hot tub there is a fee of $200 per stay and a requirement to sign a waiver to acknowledge and abide by the rules.** Use of the hot tub without signing the waiver or paying the fee will result in the $200 fee being charged + a $300 fee for non compliance. Thank you for your cooperation.

Family Friendly stay

This was a great location. Close to towns, plenty to do even in summer. The pool and community center was great to enjoy. The condo was perfect for a large family. Plenty of space for everyone. We loved getting to sit and watch movies together at night as a family in the large livingroom, better than going to the movies.

Girls ski trip

Great Homey Condo

The condo was so accommodating and comfortable. The location was perfect and it had everything very close by. Having three bedrooms and three bathrooms gave us all space to relax and rest and the livingroom and deck brought everyone together. A great family vacation was had by all!

Fantastic family ski week!

Wonderful accommodations, plenty of room for 6 adults. Everything we needed for cooking, coffee, laundry & shower. Super clean, comfy beds, nice linens, lots of cozy blankets, great couch for movie watching or reading by the fire with room for everyone. Close to the mountain & shuttle for skiing. Greg was quick with responses and checking to make sure everything was ok. Take me back!!

Spacious Condo in a Convenient Location

We had a fantastic stay with three couples and our dog—the layout of the home was absolutely perfect. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom, which made it super comfortable and private. After a full day on the slopes, there was plenty of room to relax, cook dinner, and play games in the spacious open-concept living area.The location was super convenient—right on the shuttle route to the mountain and close to great local restaurants. The indoor pool and hot tub were a perfect way to unwind after skiing, and we even got to enjoy an après-ski event in the community area!Greg was a wonderful host—responsive and helpful, even while away with his family. We truly appreciated his hospitality and would definitely stay here again!

Home away from home

We love Southern Vermont and visit at least once a year. This was a very nice property, plenty of room for all of us to stretch out and relax. Very nice bedrooms and bathrooms and lots of space and we will definitely consider staying here again. The MT Snow area is quiet, more so than around Manchester and Stratton but very peaceful. I would recommend staying here.

Amazing Stay

We had the best time. The property is as advertised. The sitting area is amazing. The mud room is perfect for ski boots, etc. The owner is a really nice and communicative person. We’d 100% stay there again. Location cannot be beat!

Another Fantastic Time at Mt. Snow

We had a multigenerational group. The condo was plenty large enough for all of us with all bedrooms having a bathroom. We had space to gather and get away from each other. The community center is fantastic. The indoor pool was clutch on the 1 day that it rained. We love staying here!

Townhouse at Peaks in Mount Snow

Warm townhome in very close proximity to Mount Snow. The set-up of the townhouse is perfect with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The living area is spacious. The grounds are perfect for Spring, Summer and Fall. We especially enjoyed playing pickle ball. There's also a heated pool, enjoyable year round. We had fun hiking, and would definitely return for skiing. Bonus points were that we could bring our dog.

The Perfect Family Getaway

My family enjoys getting together for a week every year in the summer, to relax, reconnect, and just get away. We chose Southern Vermont for something different this year, and stumbled upon this gem of a property. We were extremely fortunate to have found it. The townhouse was beautifully appointed, right down to the toiletries in the showers. The proximity to the stunning clubhouse was key, especially with active pre-teens in the mix. The fact that it was dog friendly is an absolute bonus. We look forward to hopefully many more summers at this wonderful spot.

Great spot to host a baby, 5&7 yo, 4 adults, 2 pups

The spaces here were great for our get-together! The big boys shared the bunk room (both got top bunks, no bickering!), 1 couple took the room with the Q and F bed (they opted to each have their own bed, as a Q is too small for them), and we chose the room with the K, which meant our baby slept in our room. The AC in the room + his white noise machine meant he took great naps, although we had to tiptoe at night to/from the en suite. The kitchen had all we needed. Nearby amenities of the indoor pool and the quaint town + enough restaurants kept us all busy. The neighborhood was easily walk-able and once we pushed the stroller up the hill, it was a really pleasant walk. Our kids had a great time and the adults did too! Thanks, Greg, for a wonderful and memorable stay.

Cozy, Spacious, and Convenient

This rental is wonderful and we'd easily book this place again if we come back up to Mt.Snow! There were five of us (two couples and a guy) staying at the rental, but it could have easily accommodated three to five more people, depending on how close you are/the make-up of the group. The three full bathrooms really helped with showers, etc. The living / dining area was where we spent the majority of our time. We were able to hang out, talk, and play games on the couch by the fireplace, or use the dining space for additional games and meals. The high, wood-panneled ceilings made the place feel so spacious, but also gave it a cozy, cabin-like feel. The kitchen is a good size and they provided pots, pans, kitchen utensils, and some spices. It worked for us, but if you wanted gourmet supplies (such as really good knives), I would suggest bringing them yourself. For reference though, we cooked all our breakfasts and dinners in the house. If you're going to Mt.Snow to ski, the resort is literally a minute drive down the road - it could not have been closer / more convenient. There is nothing better than having a quick drive home after a day of skiing. The rental is dog friendly, so we brought our bernedoodle with us who loved the space! The owner, Greg, was very easy to communicate with over the VRBO app and answered all my questions swiftly. Highly recommend staying at Greg's if you're coming to Mt.Snow!

Spacious and clean townhome

This spacious three bedroom townhome was more than enough room for my husband and I plus two adult sons and our dog. The community is fairly large, with a very nice community center. We had to reserve a time to use the pool. It is a nice size pool, and there is also a hot tub. The townhome was very clean. This was a nice place for us to get away and for a beautiful change of scenery. FYI - owner's request that you leave your shoes in the mudroom, and dogs are only allowed on the first floor.

Fantastic Stay!

We use VRBO about once per year and heavily rely on reviews along with owner input and quick response. Reviews depicted exactly what we were looking for and owner communication could not have been better. The townhouse was well appointed, clean, and was exactly as seen in the listing. Bonus was filtered water in the kitchen and the giant (extremely comfortable) couch which was a great place to relax and sink into while playing family games. We had our dog with us and you can tell immediately that dogs are very welcome with the “Please wipe your paws” doormat. Proximity to the Community Center was steps down the road and had everything our kids needed to keep themselves occupied for hours at a time. The fire pit was exceptionally fun with plenty of wood, fire starting materials including paper and a lighter, and 10 Adirondack chairs in which to relax. Communication with Community Center personnel was great as well, very informative. Getting to Mt. Snow was literally a 2-minute drive, could have walked. So close to a small market instead of a 15 minute drive to Shaw’s, plenty of restaurants to choose from, and any and all outdoor activities at your immediate disposal. We would without doubt, visit this property again! Thanks to Greg and Natalie for allowing us to stay in your home, it was truly a terrific few days away!
