New to VRBO however long-standing in the rental market, The Blue Pearl offers five bedrooms and four full bathrooms. The four main bedrooms (King, King, Queen, Queen) include their own private full bath while the fifth bedroom has two twin beds and a television, perfect for little guests.

The layout of this property features easy one level living with hardwood floors throughout, bedrooms/ private baths in each of the four corners of the house allowing for quiet privacy. With two ensuite king bedrooms, the house is perfect for either two families to share or one family to enjoy the space. Likewise, the two king bedrooms offer french doors to the oceanfacing porch for those who love an ocean breeze.

With one level living, the intentional open concept design allows for enough room for comfortable gathering in common areas yet privacy for when guests want to retire from the group. The open kitchen/common area floorplan makes for easy entertainment all while enjoying the ocean & dunes view.

The large rocking chair porch is unparalled as it expands the entire length of the house making for incredible sunset views year round. The underneath of the house is decked and includes an outdoor shower, a grill, as well as hose right at the foot of the steps to hose off sandy feet.

Additionally, our home includes top tier wifi for those looking to get some work done while on vacation and every room has its own flat screen tv.

The chef's kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel countertops, a variety of cookware, select oils & spices, and great amenities including an ice making machine (great for filling coolers ), Kiereg, regular coffee maker, french press, and double ovens for large family meals.

Built in the early days of BHI, Blue Pearl, was built by the Dunlap Family who were part of the reknown original "19" Generator Society. Its beach chic, easy living asthetic has stood the test of time and the shiplap walls will remind of you days when life was simple. Blue Pearl has a personality all its own and was once featured in Coastal Living Magazine when it was renovated by BHI long standing local and talented businesswoman, Tiffany Williams. While recently refreshing with new beds and sofas, the new owners have strived to keep the style and ease that has kept guests coming back year after year. The style of the home has been carefully curated to reflect casual "kick off your shoes" coastal living with modern conveniences.

Two golf carts (one six seater, one four seater), lots of beach toys, two surfboards, boogie boards, and chairs. Highchair, pack n play, and two foldable beds are available. If you need additional baby equipment we can help direct you to equipment rental vendors.

BHI club and Shoals Club guest memberships are available for separate purchase.

New owners have made some improvements including new sofas, new bedding for all beds, whole house dehumidifier, refreshed laundry room, and new bikes. We also provide a Brita water filter pitcher to cut down on bottled water.

Rentals run Saturday to Saturday in high season while off season will have more flexibility. Minimum 3 night rental with some exceptions made.

No pets. Linens excluding beach towels are included. If you need beach towels, contact owner for arrangements!
