A king bed, queen bed, and 2 sets of twin bunks beds will fit two families. Large outdoor deck area to relax and enjoy your nights. Newer kitchen, remodeled bathrooms, new living room set, and new smart TV will help you all feel at home. We hope you will enjoy as much as we do!

We had a wonderful time! The house is in a great location as it’s close to the beach/boardwalk as well as the shops and restaurants on Asbury Avenue. Everything is walkable. We celebrated our daughter’s sweet sixteen birthday with her friends and the bunk room was ideal for them. The house has nice updates and we appreciated that it had a key pad for entry so no need to carry a physical key. The owner, Jim, is a great communicator and is quick to respond to texts although, fortunately, we had very few issues. The only downside was daily construction taking place across the alley way. Work began around 7:30-8:00am each weekday and it was disturbing. This, of course, has nothing to do with the owners and is out of their control. To sum it up, great house, great location, great stay!

Great location

Clean and tidy. Spacious deck and bathrooms. Perfect location for easy access to boardwalk and beach. Owner sent welcome message and was responsive. Would definitely rent again.

Wonderful week!

Jim could not have been more helpful. Had a few questions and requests during the week, he always responded with a few hours at most. The place is spacious and had more than enough room for my family of 6. The kids loved the bunk beds. The garage is full of chairs and bikes, and a nice beach umbrella. We would definitely choose this location for future trips!

Awesome place

Great location. Still on the quiet side of Asbury but close enough to walk to some of the stores and only a few blocks to the beach and boardwalk. The place itself is beautiful,clean, and well appointed. The condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. The bathrooms were modern and clean. 10/10 would definitely stay again. We had a blast.

Great location

The house was clean and just as advertised. The owner let us you the chairs and beach cart that were contained in the garage, which saved us some room when packing for the week. All of the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-appointed. Thanks

Ocean City Memorial weekend trip

Wonderful property just a few minutes walk from the boardwalk and beach and very close to great breakfast, lunch, dinner options in the town. Bedrooms were great. Kids 3-7 y/o loved the bunk beds; one teenager loved the bigger bedroom and teenager who didn't want to bunk with smaller kids was very comfy on the couch. Great balcony for breakfast, dinner table for 8. Laundry machines were helpful. Great assortment of beach items, (buckets, shovels, boards, carts, etc) so we didn't need to bring our own. We traveled from Kansas to OCNJ and would absolutely stay here again with our family of 7!

Great location!

This was a great place to stay for our family, which includes a 2 and 3 year old. The location is very close to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. the owner was very responsive to any questions that we had leading up to, and during the stay. Would stay here again for sure!

Perfect Vacation Rental

Location, location, location! This home was a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Walking distance to all the shops on Asbury. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed and then some! Loved eating dinner on the deck and enjoying some morning coffee. The owner Jim was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. My family enjoyed a great week here at this home and are hoping to return again next year. Thank you Jim and family!

Great Memorial Day Stay

We had a great time over Memorial Day weekend at this condo. It's up-to-date and very clean; there was beyond plenty of room for us. It was nice having the second story deck to sit outside; our almost 2 year old loved watching people and their dogs pass by. It's within short walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, and most importantly, ice cream. Jim was great and very responsive. Having access to the garage to park our stroller and beach supplies was amazing - no need to lug them up the steps or fold them up in the car every time we went somewhere. We will definitely be staying here again!

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay. We want to go back next year. Location was good and the condo was very clean. The only thing we missed when we signed up was that we need to bring all of the linens but we made do. We had a very nice vacation.

Great place with a nice location

We had a great stay with our family. We have an infant and two other children so we wanted to stay somewhere clean and within walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, and coffee. And this place had all of that. I would recommend!

Great location

We spent a wonderful week within walking distance of the beach, boardwalk, and downtown shopping. The house was clean and comfortable, and the beach equipment and trolley were much appreciated! Communication was easy and Jim was very responsive.

Ocean City Getaway

My family of four enjoyed every minute in this space and there was definitely plenty of space for more people. We loved the home and the location. It was a very short walk to the beach and boardwalk. We enjoyed our time so much that we asked to stay an additional day! We were so lucky there was availability. The owner was very easy to get in contact with. 10/10 would recommend staying here with your family :)
