New Construction and Furniture- only 10 houses to the beach and boardwalk! 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, private garage. Sleeps 9 people comfortably. The brand new beds are SOOOO COMFY!! Peaceful, beautiful, expansive deck with new outdoor sofa, chairs, coffee table, and dining set. Sit outside for afternoon sun and coastal breezes. Full size brand new GE appliances including washer and dryer, fans in most rooms, 3 TVs and Comcast Cable & WIFI. Private parking plus garage. This location is perfect for walks to local restaurants, shopping., beach, and boardwalk!

We rented this beautiful beach house for a long Labor Day weekend. The host was extremely accommodating and quick to respond to our questions. Even gave us a gift card to a local coffee shop. The house itself was very modern and clean. We would definitely rent again for sure.

Looking forward to staying here again!

We had a great week away. The house was so clean and comfortable and the owners have great attention to detail. The location, being only a block and half from beach make it so convenient for trips to the beach and boardwalk. Loved the porches and the comfortable furniture, perfect for hanging out and having coffee and cocktails. looking forward to staying here agin.

This was our first time staying in Ocean City and we had a wonderful time! The condo was in such a great location. Very quiet and relaxed for us but also very close to the boardwalk and the action for our teens. It was the perfect size for our family of 4 and was beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and it had everything that you would need in the kitchen. The owner was extremely friendly and communicative as well which was also a plus! We will definitely be back.

Great trip.

We had a great trip. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. The place was beautiful on the inside and outside. Convient walk to the boardwalk and beach. The beach stuff was nice. Also such a plus to have toddler toys.

Great house for a clean, comfortable stay close to the beach

We had a great week at Kim’s house! Our family stayed in her rental and loved the brand new house, it was spotless, big front porch with large dinner table and lounge furniture, very comfortable beds, great showers, and just a few houses from the beach! Kim was a pleasure to work with, very responsive, warm and focused on ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay! Highly recommend!

Amazing week

We had the most amazing week at this property! We loved sitting out on the deck and even eating some meals out there! The walk to the beach was so easy! Everything was so clean and the house was well stocked with all the essentials. We would love to come back and stay again! Thank you again!

Perfect for families! Great location!

We loved everything about our stay. The house has everything you need, including games and toys for little ones. The location couldn’t be better 1.5 blocks from the beach and boardwalk. The owners were very responsive. Only con, and it’s a minor one, is no grill. We bought a bunch of food planning to grill at the house only to realize there wasn’t one. Minor inconvenience though. Will definitely stay again!

LIFE IS GOOD!!

Fabulous, spotless house, with everything you might need in a rental. Proximity to beach/boardwalk/restaurants made my 2 week vacation the best I’ve had in Ocean City and I would not hesitate to return next year . The host, Kim, is a 5 star host in every way. Her attention to detail in furnishings and her immediate responses to questions made the entire experience a pleasure! So glad I chose this property!!

North End Gem

The size and simplicity of the home was perfect for my family. It was clean and well stocked. The quiet neighborhood and close location to the beach and boardwalk was ideal. The front porch was wonderful to enjoy the sea breezes and fall sunsets. LOVED having a garage to easily and safely store bikes, stroller, and beach toys. Kim was friendly, accommodating and easy to communicate with. Would most definitely love to stay again in the spring!

R & R in comfort

The condo met and exceeded our expectations. Beds and living room seating were very comfortable. Two bathrooms are a plus. The kitchen is perfect, especially gas stove , large refrigerator. We also loved the beach decor. The driveway made parking easy. Only five minutes to beach and boardwalk . The beach chairs, umbrella & cart made for an easy hike to beach. We all loved it.

Perfect Week in OC

Kim is one of the best VRBO communicators I've come across in years of bookings. I was well informed of where to get linens and what I needed. I asked questions about provisions (coffee pot) and Kim provided me w/ all the details I needed. Excellent host.The place was perfect! I was able to make a lasagna dinner with pasta fragile soup and caesar salad in the well-equipped kitchen. We enjoyed a couple of nights playing scrabble. Sat on the porch morning and evenings. There was nothing that we lacked.The location was great. A short walk to the beach. No parking issues there is driveway parking. Wonderful place to stay when visiting OC. Thank you!!!!

Best experience with a Vrbo host ever

The home was exactly as described! The amenities were great-down to little details like spices and plastic wrap! I don’t have little ones but it was nice to see all the baby-proofing around the home. And this host responded to my texts lightning fast! We had one small snafu beyond her control and it was handled super quickly her response was and above and beyond. I ’ve stayed at a lot of great properties but this one takes the cake. I would recommend this property and the host without hesitation!

Wonderful Property!

Wonderful property! The Hosts have thought about their guest’s every need including a fully stocked kitchen and a beach cart, chairs and umbrella. The house is new construction and beautifully decorated for the beach (not old mismatched furniture from a primary home.) Spacious inside and the front porch is a huge second living space that we enjoyed for morning coffee and after dinner drinks and conversation. This house served my multi-generational family well as they rotated through over two weeks. The proximity to the beach was an easy block and a half and the beach at the north end of the island is beautiful and just far enough from the activities on the Boardwalk to tell the kids the Boardwalk is closed tonight 😉Thank you for the memories!

The Kind of Stay You Always Hope For

My family and I had the pleasure of escaping to this lovely seashore retreat for several weeks in July. Happily, the online description and pictures matched what we found when we arrived. If anything, our expectations were exceeded by the nice gifts that awaited us from our host! All rooms were clean and well-appointed with furniture and wall hangings you knew the host picked out specifically for this property (versus the worn, dated, mix-and-match furnishings you see in some places). The beds were high-quality and firm, allowing for a good night's sleep without any odd stiffness in the morning. Sound sleep was further aided by the surprising quiet found in this first-floor unit; the only noise noticeable from above was when they ran their washer/dryer (and it wasn't that often). The host was highly accommodating as well. She checked that we had everything we needed, and even surprised us with the delivery of a new large pot when I had offhandedly commented that she didn't have one sizable enough to cook 4-6 ears of fresh Jersey corn. For the couple rainy days we had, we discovered the trove of board games she supplied; my teen girls got hooked on Scrabble, which thrilled me since it distracted them from Tik-Tok and social media.
