4 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse centrally located just a short walk to the beach! Away from the downtown hustle and bustle, but close enough to walk to everything downtown. This unit features 2 off-street parking spots, Wi-Fi and central air. Three bedrooms and a full bathroom are on the first level. One bedroom features a bunk bed and single bed. Another bedroom features a queen and double bed. The final bedroom on this floor features a king bed. The second floor features the spacious great room with a spacious front and rear deck. The kitchen is extremely updated and well appointed. Very open and spacious w beautiful large granite island w 4 bar stools. And kitchen table with 6 chairs. There is also a half bath on this floor. The top level features a king bed and private bath. Book today at this unit will not last long!
