Large Cabin on Lake Sylvia with Tiki Hut

With a tree-house feel, enjoy extraordinary views of lake from home built in 2001. Just steps from welcoming tiki hut, dip toes into clear spring fed lake with sandy bottom. 1 hr from Mpls, and 5 mins from large Sat/Sun flea market and many antique shops.

The space
House has deck and screened in porch with comfy outdoor furniture. Open floor plan allows you to be with family/friends and see the lake from the kitchen. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms, one with California King and non-attached bath. Other room has attached bath and 1 queen. Downstairs basement is unfinished walk-out with windows. Basement has sleeping for 6 (1 bedroom has 2 twins and 1 bedroom has a bunk, with twin on top, full on bottom and a twin trundle bed). Plus, 1 finished bathroom downstairs. Laundry room and ping pong table also provided. Very large dining table that fits 10 people for sit down meals. Slowly but surely we are transforming the furniture into mid-century modern style. We think you will enjoy this relaxed and quiet setting.

You will have access to 95% of 2600 square ft house (1/2 finished, 1/2 unfinished, but usable).

Other things to note
Our house sits on almost 2 acres, among trees and right on Lake Sylvia. There is only 1 neighbor's home visible to you and they are rarely there. You will have your own point to explore and can swim in super clean water on sandy bottom. Sometimes locals stop and swim on our point. This can be good or bad, depending upon your perspective. Either way, it tells you that our swim spot is desirable and only steps from our fun, bug-free tiki hut (shed transformed).
