Stellar Luxurious Three Bed, Three Bath in Fantastic Reunion!

Thank you for taking the time to review our property. I do have to point out that this review contains inaccurate information. The thermostat is remotely monitored and read 75 to 76 degrees throughout the stay. The AC was working intermittently. We allowed the thermostat to be set down to 68 degrees. The only thing we told the guest not to do is set the thermostat to run the program, which set the temperature up to 85. We offered to let the guest cancel their stay and refund the full amount of their payment and they chose to stay. We had a technician out to check the system and they advised that it would need to be replaced, however, they also attempted to make it work a little bit better. We were monitoring the thermostat and advised the guest as soon as we found that the fix had not improved the situation. While 75 to 76 degrees is comfortable for many people, it was not comfortable for this guest, so we provided a refund of one of their two nights in the home. Following this guest stay and on the advice of the air conditioning technician, the system has been replaced and the home will be very comfortable for all future guests.
