Stay away

Located in the hood!!!! Gave us the wrong security code to get in. Temp inside house was 86 and smelled musty. A/c ran all night but never got cooker. Bath towels were found rolled up basket in the laundry room. They were wet and smelled moldy. No laundry soap to rewash. Dryer full of sheets. Expected at least coffee and/or tea bags in kitchen but nothing. We didn't get there till 9 and left at 630 am. Got a hotel for the second night.

Convenient toC

Older home, but clean and well maintained. We only stayed two nights and did not spend a lot of time at the house. The neighborhood seemed quiet and safe. The location was perfect for the bridge run and using the shuttle at the convention center.

Clean enough…….

This property was clean enough. 3 real bedrooms and plenty of space for a family. BUT, I was so disappointed with the “amenities”. The kitchen is not stocked at all for home cooking. There are a few items, but if you are a regular VRBO user, you will be disappointed. It just isn’t what we are accustomed to when staying at a VRBO. Not just in the kitchen…..the house had none of those “little touches” that make it feel like a home away from home. And, lastly, the host quoted me one price and charged me more. When I questioned it and called VRBO, they agreed that it was wrong and gave her the opportunity to correct it and she declined. She is new to VRBO, and it shows. There are lots of properties in Charleston…….I suggest you look around.

Good place to stay

I came to Charleston for a funeral. Was just staying for the weekend. This was a great property was conveniently located for us. Easy to book. Easy to contact property owner.

our stay

overall the property was very nice and well maintained. the only issue that we had was it was reserved for 5 adults and 2 kids. there was only 4 plates, glasses and no pans or spatula's.. we had to go by them for our use in order to cook breakfast before we left to explore.

Much roomier than expected

Cozy Place was clean, warm and welcoming. The open, airy feel made the home seem larger and created a great living area to spend time as a family. The fenced in back yard and proximity to a playground would make this fantastic for families with children. My husband made great use of the public disc golf course just a short walk away. I highly recommend this place for families.

The location was perfect for our needs. Good parking and very clean property. There was an issue with plumbing but not too serious. Could use some toilet paper, bowls, and cooking utensils. Overall, since it was our first Brno.

Fabulous!

The property was super clean, everything we needed was there (towels, utensils, dinnerware, laundry room, etc.) It was super easy to find, and was within half an hour of three beaches as well as the Historical Market. We would definitely stay here again!

Visiting daughter and touring Charleston

Our daughter lives in the neighborhood so this was a perfect location to be with her and then a quick car ride to downtown Charleston (15 minutes). Location is good for walking with Park Circle park two blocks away and short drive to the park circle restaurants. Back toilet was having issues, so that was annoying. House has great space for 4 adults and a nice porch for happy hour. Dishes were a little sparse for 4 people for 5 days without a dishwasher but not a big problem. Bring ice.
