Enjoy a relaxing vacation with stunning sunset views from one of the 2 oversized covered decks. Home is located 1 block (4 minute walk) from Ocean. Recently renovated with 4 spacious bedrooms, all with their own bathroom. Family vacations much more enjoyable with room to spread out and there is plenty of room for multiple families. Home has 2 Master suites, one on the main level and one upstairs, both with King beds and TV’s. 2 additional bedrooms are located upstairs, one with 2 queen beds, and one with 2 full beds with a TV. Additional sleeping available on pull out sofa with 1/2 bath located by living room.
Linens and bath towels included. Home is equipped with coffee maker, pots and pans , kitchen utensils and plates, glasses and cups. Outdoor areas feature table and chairs and outdoor seating on both decks, picnic table, chairs and gas grill on lower level. Beach amenities include a wheeled cart to take to beach, 4 beach towels and an array of beach toys and an outdoor shower.
The Garden City Beach area is family friendly with a laid back vibe. Great restaurants and vibrant night life in Murrell's Inlet. If you want to bring your own golf cart, please refer to SC golf cart info https://www.scstatehouse.gov/code/t56c002.php . June - August Rentals Saturday - Saturday only. Perfect house for our family vacation

We had 6 adults and one infant. The house was as listed and was in a great location . It was stocked with everything we needed . The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

Family Beach Trip

My family of 11 (6 adults, 2 teens, and 3 children) had a wonderful stay at The Marsh Mellow! We enjoyed the sunset views over the marsh just about every night and the kids absolutely loved the few visitors we had (a turtle and some crabs). The house accommodated us very well given the amount of outdoor living space the house offers. The beds were comfortable and I appreciated the extra blankets available. The only recommendation I would make is to consider a different refrigerator design as the freezer was a bit difficult to access. Also, a separate beverage fridge would really benefit future vacationers. The area is fairly quiet and we enjoyed the nearby amenities, particularly the easy 15 minute walk to Drippy’s for ice cream.

Spring Break Family Getaway

We had a great time at this property. The house was fully accommodating for our family of 8. Everyone had plenty of space to relax and not be on top of each other. The only thing I would say that I didn’t expect was to be on the marsh side- I thought the water would come up to the back of the house at high tide, and it may at different times of the year but it didn’t during our stay. I would just warn you not to expect to fish or crab from this property. Other than that great house!

Wonderful Experience

Our family rented the Marsh Mallow for 8 days & absolutely loved it. The house was clean, had all of the basic essentials needed, great views & it was comfortable for our large family of 14 people & two infants, to visit. Having 4.5 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms & a pull out couch was perfect. The scenery was gorgeous, the walk to the beach was short, you're minutes away from anything you'd need & Pam was responsive & quick to help if we needed anything. I highly recommend visiting this property, you won't be disappointed!

We so enjoyed our stay at Marsh Mallow. Plenty of room for our extended family. Short walk to the beach and so many things within driving distance. Will definitely make this a “must return”.

This is a fantastic property, great for a family looking for a week at the beach.

The house is very nice with lots of room, large kitchen and two full decks overlooking a beautiful marshland with sunset views.

Perfect marsh house with amazing view.

Great house, great location, great vacation!

We had a great time and enjoyed this home very much. We loved its quiet location on the marsh and location to the beach. We loved that it had no neighbors on either side. I was worried that the marsh might be buggy but there wasn't any bugs at all. The best part of this trip was my son proposed to his girlfriend so this home will always be a special place and hold wonderful memories for us. The only downside for my family was the lack of a gas grill, but I totally understand. Cotton sheets would be nice too, the polyester ones are a bit too warm. We would go back tomorrow if we could. Worth every penny!

The perfect VRBO

This place was perfect! The inside was clean, well designed, and immaculate. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us that stayed here. Rooms were perfect for large groups and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking for groups. We had a beautiful view of the marsh and the walk to two beach accesses were very short. The outdoor shower and hose made cleaning up easy before entering the house. This place is a no brainer! I cannot get over how beautiful, clean and perfect this place was! Easiest 5 star ever!

Week on the Marsh

Wonderful week and property 2 blocks from the beach and backs right up to the marsh. Plenty of room, no neighbors right on top of you here! Stars all around - only thing we'd say could be improved would be kitchen utensils/pots pans/place settings. Was tough to cook for 10 but we made due! Overall GREAT property
