Condominio adosado de 4 dormitorios / 3 baños (king, queen, full, twin literas) justo en el océano.

Dos GRANDES cubiertas frente al mar Una con un columpio en el porche y sillas Adirondack. ¡Uno con una mesa para 4 personas y mecedoras! ¿Dije GRANDE? Vistas al mar desde 3 de los 4 dormitorios y la sala de estar. Muchas ventanas y luz natural en todas partes.

Cocina comedor totalmente equipada. Estamos en el tercer y cuarto piso de un edificio de poca altura. Lavadora y secadora en la unidad. Convenientemente ubicado al Garden City Pier. A poca distancia de tiendas y locales de entretenimiento. Wifi. 3 televisores, reproductor de DVD.

Will Stay Here Again and Again!

Can’t say enough great things about this slice of heaven right on the beach! My favorite thing about it was the super large balcony overlooking the ocean. And there are TWO of these! Often times you rent out these places that have balcony chairs that are so uncomfortable - not this place! LOVE the rockers! A+ host and stay. Dee Dee, you take such care of this place and it truly shows! Thank you!

Perfect location for our family. Beach access so convenient. My kids range from 3-14, so being right on the beach was nice if anyone wanted to go to house and not sit on the beach. Location is key!!

Great Family vacation Spot

We truly enjoyed our mini vacation! DeeDee was very prompt and responsive and exceptionally kind! The 2 decks oceanfront are simply amazing! The deck furniture is beautiful as well. Lots of open natural light. Only a few steps to the beach. Very convenient! We will definitely be back!!

Great Vacation Spot

We loved our stay at Grab some coffee and watch the sun come up. and We did that every morning, what a wonderful view. Very conveniently located to restaurant and shopping. We would defiantly recommend this place.

Great Oceanfront Condo in Garden City

We have been coming to the Garden City Beach for almost 20 years. This oceanfront condo was perfect for our family. It was cute, clean and quaint. Favorite things included: the view from the balconies with comfy outdoor furniture, easy access to the beach, an outside storage stocked with beach furniture, and three parking spaces. We cannot wait to return for another stay here on the beach! Thanks for sharing your home away from home for us to enjoy. The Ayers Family

Beach obsession

If you want a great beachfront location, this is hard to beat! Sand, shells, jellyfish, plovers, pelicans all steps away. LIft your head off your bed and see the waves. (Three out of four bedrooms have ocean views!) A very short walk from the pier. Our host was accessible and helpful with questions.

5 day stay

Beautiful decks and views. Excellent location with walking to bars and decent restaurants. House needs updating with new beds and linens for sure but great kitchen; bathrooms need updating. Overall very good. Covered decks on 3rd and 4th floors were perfect! On the beach and beautiful. We’d stay here again; hoping for updates.

Just what we needed!

This was the perfect place to stay for our mini spring-break! We had plenty of room for 5 teenagers and my husband and I. It was the perfect location for walks to the pier and Sam’s corner. We hope to be able to rent again in the future.

Great location, comfortable space and communicative host - what else do you need?

Two families vacationed here for a weekend and had a great experience. Fantastic location, obviously. Being right on the beach allowed us to enjoy our time out on the sand a lot more. Dee Dee's place also has a couple of beach items available; that meant that we had to haul around less stuff. The bedrooms and bathrooms were as advertised. Kitchen was adequate as well. The front decks that faced the beach were a highlight. AC was very much up to the task on hot days. Dee Dee was very communicative during the process; highly appreciated!

Perfect Summer vacation

This was the perfect place for our family of 5. There was plenty of space for all of us (including 2 teens!) You can’t beat the oceanfront views and sunrises. It was very quiet and peaceful, yet a short walk and we were at the pier, shops, and ice cream. Perfect family getaway! Will definitely return!

Family friendly

We stayed in this beautiful condo over Spring Break with my 3 children and 3 of their friends. It was perfect. Plenty of space, right on the beach, arcade and ice cream within walking distance. Host was amazing! It was easy to communicate and house was stocked with all the kitchen things you needed. Amazing trip!

Perfect space for everyone

We have stayed in a number of different areas of Myrtle Beach and already know that Garden City Beach/Murrell's Inlet is our favorite. We also prefer a low rise condo directly on the beach. We like to spend a majority of our time on the balcony and being able to have a meal there is a plus. This place checked all of our boxes. Five people. Two extra deep balconies. Perfect spot with wonderful sunrise views. Easy to cook in the well-equipped kitchen and it's just a short drive to great restaurants when we wanted to eat out. The owner was always available to respond and periodically checked in to make sure everything was going well. We recommend Dee Dee's place!

Awesome Beach House!

We came to Myrtle Beach to celebrate my parents 50th anniversary and we couldn’t have had a better time! The place has amazing views and you cannot beat the location. Dee Dee was a great host and made everything very easy. The place has everything you need for a great beach vacation!

Location, location, location!

Not only ocean-front, but adjacent to a public access with one of the new walkways over the sand that doesn't get hot. Plus, look at the map. The Pier is a 5 minute walk, ans Sara J's only about 15. Kroger is just a 5 minute drive, and the Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk only 10. As for the condo, it is well equipped with a unique layout that suits families perfectly. It was clean as a pin on our arrival and the owner answered texts promptly. And all the tv's have Roku sticks! I've been coming down here for years and this is the first I have seen of this ingenious idea. All-in-all, a very pleasant week at the beach.

Our family vacation

We always wanted to stay at Murrell’s Inlet and were so happy to find a beach front location, decorated beautifully with a nice porch for my older parents and us to enjoy coffee and watching the ocean without a long walk for them to the beach. We are thankful for those accommodations but were caught off guard when we were overwhelmed on a daily basis on the beach with the church retreat young people and adults. They totally consumed the beach in front of the condos families like us not involved with the retreat had rented. Teenagers even sat down in our chairs. When we asked them to please allow our family to use the chairs we had purchased, not one adult on the beach with them from the retreat apologized instead they acted as if we should be accommodating them and were a problem. The next day, my father nicely asked one of the leaders if they were trying to teach some of the basics we learned growing up like “respecting their elders?” He was told it’s a public beach and they pay taxes so they have the right to bring the retreat there. My father mentioned but kindness and respecting others should make you try to move them to open spaces on the beach rather than overwhelming those of us who are vacationing from out town. He was told he should take it up with the owner of our condo. Afterwards, they did seem to be a little better about not stepping right in front of family’s and throwing balls where it could hit them, but his answer made us feel as if this is something the owners around there were quite aware of and have had to accept so we didn’t complain at the time. However, when we spent a large amount of our money on our beachfront location, it was sad to feel overrun by the church and their retreat that had found a way to make a TON of money taking advantage of the situation. The maximum number their retreat says it can accommodate online is 568 people at a time. We have been going to the beach for 25 years and have shared beach space graciously during these times and we have never felt so disappointed in the way this space was shared. If a family worked hard to give their children and relatives a week away at the beach, it breaks our heart that it could be so monopolized by those running the retreat like a business. They need to learn to treat others the way they would like to be treated. Sadly, we paid for prime vacation time but it really was prime retreat time. This should be considered when determining rent at these units.

Perfect location

We had a great week! This condo is perfect. It was comfortable, spacious, well supplied and being right on the sand was so awesome. Parking was squishy, but totally doable. We had a Tahoe and there was no problem. The condo is so close to the the pier and shops. The little market was well stocked and no price gouging experienced. They have a great little coffee shop right near the market . We rented surfboards for the week at Village surf shop and stored them in the storage unit downstairs. The storage unit could have held 8 surfboards. We spent most of our time on the outside deck. We loved it out there. The condo was very clean. The beds and furniture were super comfortable. The photos you see are spot on. There was nothing misleading. Working with the owner was so easy. All questions were answered within 20 minutes, but usually immediately. I feel the rental price was very fair. We traveled from California where the price would be quadruple. We met with our family from North Carolina and had an amazing week. The beach was very clean and there is so much to do in the surrounding area. The only negative is that time went by too fast. Next time two weeks.

Those decks…

Owner is EXTREMELY responsive.. I had a lot of questions since we don’t usually stay in Garden City.. she answered very quickly each time. The condo is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We put the young ones upstairs because of the spiral stairs (they loved that), and the parents stayed on the main level. All of the beds and bedrooms are very comfortable and this condo was perfect for us. Three full bathrooms is a big help when you come up from the beach. There is easy access to the beach and a large outside locked storage to keep all of your toys, chairs etc. Would not hesitate to stay there again and would recommend to others.

We loved this condo! It was the perfect spot right on the beach and so close to the pier. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We will absolutely come back and stay again! Five Star for sure!!

Great stay, great spot, great time!

The owner is very responsive and helpful. We had the best time at this condo! It is in the perfect location. Right on the beach and right next to all of the fun things to do! Highly recommend, I will be coming back!

Over all the property was nice, however the porch swing broke while we sat on it. We hurt ourselves

Overall nice property, however we didn’t have enough sheets and the porch swing broke while we sat on it. I hurt my leg and back. Also there was a few bugs we noticed

We have been together for 20 years. We have 4 amazing children. All married and living in various areas of the south. We have 6 REALLY REALLY amazing grandchildren. We love the lake and the beach! We love to camp and spend time with our children and grandchildren. We hope you love our home as much as we do!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I have been coming to Myrtle Beach for vacation since I was a little girl. My daddy liked a low rise hotel. (no more than 2 floors) He wanted to park, walk straight through the hotel out the back door and to the ocean. We always stayed close to the boardwalk. Great memories. Then when my kids were little we camped all the time at Lakewood Campground in Surfside. When Gary and I got married we came to a friends house in Garden City Beach and we were hooked! All the amenities of MB close by but the quaintness of a small beach town. We started with a trailer. Graduated to a house about 5 blocks from the beach. Then about 3 years ago we decided we were tired of just enjoying the beach a few hours a day. So we took the plunge for oceanfront and have never looked back. We LOVE being on the water!!
Oh and the my grandson was little he made me hold him in the water and when the waves hit us we yelled Boom Shukalaka............EVERY time. So now that he is 8 he made me pay him 40 dollars to use the name for the you have it sports fans...............

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

I can't say enough about our decks. We are literally out there all day long. Its so nice with the grandkids because when someone needs a break or a nap, one of us just brings them up and they can play or nap and we can sit on the deck and still enjoy the day. Then the location. Just perfect. You literally could stay here all week, do one Walmart run and never leave!
