Nice condo, loved the creek in back, very peaceful. Close to a park entrance and close to Estes also. Enjoyed the hot tub and it was a great place to stay!

The place was great! We had a great time staying there and it accommodated our family perfectly. We would definitely book again. If there was any downfall, it was the lighting outside the place. Stair lights and walk way lights didn’t work. They worked on others, but not this unit. Otherwise everything was exactly how it was described.

Prperty was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the deck overlooking the river, and the hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked and the property is really well maintained.

The place is very clean, quiet and so peaceful right on the creek. Love the that you can walk or take a short drive to hiking, fishing, dining. Starting the morning and ending the day relaxing in the clean, foam free hot tub:) We will return!

Great Location!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great. Only 3 miles from the entrance to RMNP and about the same distance to downtown Estes Park. Would highly recommend and would stay again. Thanks!

Great location, you’re close to the Stanton hotel and the National park and the town is right down road. You’re in the middle of everything. The second bedroom is upstairs, making the condo feel roomy. Love the hot tub overlooking the beautiful creek/mountains.

Excellent Stay

We had a great stay in the quiet EPC community. Our place was clean, well equipped, and close to what we wanted. The online chat was not helpful, but the email was effective and efficient! I would certainly book it again!

Great Condo!

The condo was in a great location, nestled in the mountains with a lively creek off the back patio where you could sit in the hot tub and listen to the river rushing by. There was everything needed inside and the accommodations were very comfy. We cooked breakfasts and ate out other meals. The fireplace kept the whole unit very warm and snug. We had a great time and enjoyed this condo immensely.

Great!

Overall excellent place to stay and highly recommend. Most everything was VERY clean, but the only thing that wasn’t was the grill, hence why I knocked off one star. We stayed in July and just an FYI - it cools off great at night but during the day it was pretty warm and the condo doesn’t have ac. Overall, I’d definitely stay again!

Thank you for the feedback Courtney! We do apologize for the grill not being clean. Any time in the future, just call the office with your concerns and we will address it right away. Unfortunately, being this high up in altitude, there is not AC, but we do provide fans for every condo, so that while combined with opening a window or two can really cool the place down quickly. We do hope to see you again in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect location right near Rocky Mtn National Park and close to town with shops and restaurants. The condo was very clean and had all of the space we needed for 4 people. It would be a little tight for 6 adults, but 4 adults and 2 kids would still have plenty of room. The beds were comfortable, the showers were spacious and clean. We liked the hot tub but didn’t get the chance to use it much. We would definitely use this place again for future stays. (Read one review prior to booking that listed communication as an issue. We did not experience that at all. Messages were answered, check in and check out directions were clear and accurate. We had all of the information we needed and did not experience any communication issues.)

The property was great- right by a beautiful creek and the staff (specially John who was working on the hot tub but gave us GREAT ideas for our two day stay) were pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend staying here!

Not at all as appeared

Pictures make it look a lot roomier than what it is, but that was just the beginning. There were several 6 + remotes with the TV in the main living area with absolutely no description of what was what we never did figure out what they all were or what they did. The kitchen had very minimal utensils (many of the same) and pots and pans were a joke. The stove barely worked, had to keep jiggling them to keep them going and they did not heat evenly. We could not get the furnace to work and the lower level bedroom was freezing through the night. The upstairs bathroom outlet had some sort of shortage curling irons and hair dryer kept shutting off, when we unplugged then plugged back in they would stay on until the cord moved then shut off again. There has been minimal up keep in the unit it is in desperate need of stain/paint etc on the doors and trim work. There was no lighting on the outside stairs which was a huge hazard. I have stayed at many different places in Estes and this was by far the worst experience, needless to say will not stay at this property again.

Girl friends trip

Cabin and location are set in a beautiful spot, tucked up in the mountains of Estes and overlooking a creek bed. Check in and check out process for easy. Only complaint was that the check-in process was not clear in the initial registration email that I received, and had to call in order to clarify what check-in process was needed to access the property.
