We always encourage guests to reach out to us right away if anything is impacting their stay, as we are more than happy to step in and address concerns as quickly as possible. In most cases, we’re able to contact neighboring guests and remind them of our quiet hours after 10:00 PM. We understand that having only the emergency maintenance number made that more difficult, and we will review how we communicate after-hours contact information to ensure it’s clearer for future stays. For your next visit, we would be happy to note a preference for an upper-level room whenever availability allows, just let us know at the time of booking.
