Communication was excellent as well as the location. Walked out onto the deck and the white, sandy beaches were right in front of you. Plenty of food and shopping within a 10 mile radius. The Winn Dixie was a 2 minute drive for groceries. Kitchen was well appointed and OH THOSE BEAUTIFUL VIEWS!! We’ll definitely be back!

The unit was amazing! I love the direct beach access. Beautiful sunset and unit was nice just needed some touch up on the walls. The outside furniture was great as well. Close to great places to eat and a quick drive to Pier Park. Definitely will stay here again

The whole package

This townhouse is perfect if you are looking for space indoors, amazing view from inside, nice covered porch with plenty of seating on the beach side and a short trail to the beach. The high ceilings are great. It really has everything. Everyone in my family enjoyed it and we hope to be able to stay here again. I need to mention also that all furnishings are comfortable and nice and the owner communicates well if needed.

Great ocean front condo, plenty of room and beautiful views to enjoy. Grocery store and shops were close to walk and convenient. Dog pier was close to enjoy for our pup.

PCB stay

The townhome was very clean and provided necessities for our stay. It was a very easy process for checkin. The deck had a sofa and chairs with a covered pergola so we could enjoy the beach/ocean.

Wedding Fun

We stayed in PCB for a wedding. We absolutely loved that the back porch leads right to the beach. Super clean property. The beds were so comfy. The kitchen was well stocked. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Fall Break family stay

The condo was spacious and we had room for everyone to have their own space. The two separate water hoses between the deck & the bottom of the stairs made cleaning off the sand convenient. Great location and just steps to the beach. We were happy with our stay.

Fall Break getaway

Looked at several different townhomes and so glad we chose this one. The host was excellent. Very good communication even called during stay to see if we needed anything. Home was perfect. Clean. Beds where comfortable. Very nice to have 3 bathrooms. And the backdeck being right on the beach was PREFECT!!!! So nice to sit on deck and drink your morning coffee and listen to the waves and be able to walk right out on beach. Highly recommend this townhome for your next stay in Our Happy Place. We will be back again next yr.

Quiet, relaxing getaway

Great location, beautiful beach, nice proximity to groceries and shopping. One minute walk to the water. Very well stocked kitchen if you like to cook/eat in. Our host responded quickly to a TV problem. Everything you need to relax is here. The first floor bedroom is great if you have elderly parents along. It’s also quite spacious. Definitely would love to stay here again!

The house was beautiful and in a great location. It’s located a mile down the road from lots of restaurants and things to go do. We also loved being right on the sand.

I’m not mad but I wasn’t impressed.

I have to say I was disappointed for the cost. Overall we got what we needed but this place had definitely been given the landlord special. Under the back deck was trashy with toys thrown all over. The most frustrating was the “clunk”, we guessed it was the A/C but it sounds like someone throwing luggage down the stairs and happens randomly all throughout the night.

Great for our first vacation together

My fiancé and 2 of our friends booked this place for a quick getaway. It was very clean and had good amenities, & plenty of space for us. We liked the quick easy access to the beach & the views from the porch & primary suite were great. We would definitely book again.
