This 4BR/4BTH home, including a carriage house, is located in the Camp District of Watercolor Enjoy the 6-seater golf cart/LSV for when you are ready to head to the WaterColor Beach Club for the day!
This home greets you with a beautiful front porch that is the ultimate spot to relax and enjoy the community. A great corner lot, the house backs up to a natural landscape and sits across from the community park and Bocci Ball lawn. The first floor of the home is an open-flow floor plan so everyone can be together in the living, dining room, and kitchen. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a pantry and countertop barstool seating for 3 guests, in addition to the adjacent large dinning table accommodating 8 guests. The laundry room is off of the kitchen for easy access. There are two downstairs bedrooms with the first offering a California king bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and a full bathroom with both bedroom and hall access. The master suite on the second floor includes a king bed, large walk-in closet and home-office nook. The master bathroom offers a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanity sinks. All bedrooms and the master bath include flat screened televisions.
The uniquely situated screened-in porch is the perfect retreat to enjoy the salty breeze with plenty of comfortable seating! This outdoor space comes complete with a TV, beverage refrigerator, sink, burner and grill station. A Sonos speaker system is accessible in the kitchen, living, and screened porch areas. The garage provides access to an ice machine for guest convenience, storage, and a parking pad for the golf cart/LSV.
The carriage house features a fourth bedroom with a king bed, full kitchen, living and dining seating, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and laundry.

Extras are not available. Access to All WaterColor Community Swimming Pools - Camp WaterColor and the Beach Club. - Parking for 2 Vehicles. - Garage parking is for the golf cart/LSV only. Personal vehicles should be parked in the driveway. - No events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply. - No pet home. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the no pet policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges. - WaterColor HOA allows one golf cart/LSV per address- you may not rent a second cart/LSV if the home you have rented offers one. All golf cart/LSV rentals in Watercolor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to a specific amount throughout the community at any given time. Cart/LSV rentals are granted on a first-come, first-served based. Watercolor condos cannot rent golf carts/LSVs. - The HOA issues one parking pass per reservation. Guests are encouraged to park their vehicles in the driveway or garage of their rental home. They do not need a parking pass when their vehicle is parked on a private residential property.The HOA-issued parking pass is required to park a vehicle overnight on the common area parking pads.
Reservation/Booking Policy - Minimum age: All properties require a minimum of one adult over the age of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term. - A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. - Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date. - Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date. - Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. - Cleaning: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.

Great place!
This house was exactly what it looked like from the photos- amazing!! It was very clean and spacious- we particularly loved the screened in porch with the outdoor kitchen. We would LOVE to come back again sometime!
