Great getaway!

Had a wonderful time! Check in was a breeze. Property has been updated nicely. Super convenient to both the pool and beach access. Emily was responsive and let us know right away when the unit was ready for check in early!

Quick overnight

Had everything we needed for a quick overnight getaway (except sheets for the pull out couch)…but for one night sleeping on the couch itself was easy! Perfect location, super great communication and easy access.

RBC Heritage

We came for a weekend visit to go watch the RBC Heritage at Harbor Town Golf Course. The condo was very clean and very nice. Check in was a breeze. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the huge pool and being so close to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Another Amazing Hilton Head Vacation

We had a great week in Hilton Head. Condo was clean, had nice updates, and we had great communication with the owner. She even messaged me to let me know we could check in a little early which we loved, driving from Ohio. We did, however, stay at a condo last year at the resort that was packed full with beach chairs, boogey boards and sand toys so to save space in our car this year we decided to leave ours at home and use the owners. This condo did not have any beach toys or boogey boards and the two beach chairs that they did have were rusted. This is of no fault to the owner, I should have asked beforehand. Also we had a child sleeping on the pullout couch and besides a bedsheet, there were no other blankets for it so we had to run to the store and buy one. You may want to bring your own if you will also be using the pullout couch. All in all, a wonderful time 😊

Easy Vacation

Everything was super easy with this rental! Easy conversation with owner, easy check in and check out, easy access to pool and beach. It was a pretty small condo but we were mostly at the beach so didn’t even mind.

Great Beach Getaway

We had a great stay! The condo was very clean. It was just big enough for my husband and I plus our 3 young kids. We were able to enjoy the beach access before our check in time, and Emily even let us know the condo was ready for us early. The condo is located near the beach access which was perfect. Our kids loved the pool and we loved the beach bar beside it. Emily was super responsive to any questions or requests. Highly recommend!

Great place at a great price!!

It was so easy to rent and the owner was prompt with answers to any questions I had. The only issue I had was when my friend arrived they did not have her parking pass. Security gave me a number to call and the person I spoke with was very rude and basically accused me of lying about paying for the pass. He really needs to work on his people skills!

I absolutely love Hilton Head Island. If you have visited before, you know what I mean. If you have not - you are sure to fall in love! There is so much to do on the island. And the laid back, coastal atmosphere and attitude help to make every visit there a special one.

The resort provides 24 hour security guards and property surveillance. In the Villa, a local area map and information on restaurants, local attractions and much more are provided. The cleaning fee includes the resort's ocean front parking fee of $25 for one car. The resort charges a separate $25 for each additional car when guests have more than one car per stay.
