What a treat - 4th Floor Ocean front Penthouse boasts a 35 Foot Terrace. Lounge, Dine and relax as you enjoy the Sunrise right from the comfort of our condo. As the sun rises enjoy a hot cup of coffee watching the palm trees and the waves!

Both bedrooms have a direct oceanfront view as well. The guest bedrooms offers 2 queen size beds. The master suite offers a king size bed and a private bathroom

The Condo is very comfortable offering all amenities for a fantastic getaway!

Loved our stay!!

This was a wonderful experience and the owner is amazing!! They went above and beyond for us and we will definitely be going back again. The condo complex was awesome and the location is perfect! No complaints!

We had a wonderful time and highly recommend staying here. Location was great - price was reasonable - close grocery - 20 minutes to restaurants and shopping Ormond. Beach was fantastic. Owner extremely responsive . Easy check in. We would definitely book again

We loved this place! The owner and on-site manager quickly responded to our few questions. It is on the beach and has a nice, big pool and is close to everything. Would definitely return.

Perfect Getaway

The condo was perfect for our family. We loved the views from the balcony. The best part for us was that the condo was on the ocean side of the road, so no need to cross the road to get to the beach. It was great being able to lay in the sun by the pool and then having the beach a few steps away. The host was great to work with and very responsive to questions we had. Looking forward to returning next year!

Great family place

The host was amazing and the on-site managers were all helpful and friendly. Bedrooms were a good size, living area too. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beautiful view, great balcony. Highly recommend.

I cant think of a more perfect location for my family. We had the beach to ourselves, all the neighbors were super kind and friendly. We will be back for sure!!! The condo was perfect and we had everything we could ask for within15 minutes.

Family friendly and relaxing

First of all, I want to thank the owner of the condo. We all had such a good time and it was very relaxing. The views can't be beat, especially when you can see dolphins jumping out of the water. Absolutely wonderful!

Wonderful 5 days for us. View amazing, short walk to beach. Quiet, enjoyable property. Unit was clean & comfy. Ana very responsive to any question/need. On site manager pleasant & helpful. Would definitely recommend & stay here again.

Quite area

Very clean. If you are looking for a quite beach and small condo building this is the place for you. Manages were very nice and very helpful. There was an issue with the elevator but they worked with the repair man to get the issue fixed. There were a couple of small restaurants that were within walking distance and a lot that were within a few minutes by car.

Last minute spring break…

We decided to take a trip for spring break at the last minute…oh how lucky we were when I stumbled upon this beautiful place! The owner was super easy to work with and sooo helpful. Condo location is absolutely perfect. Away from crowds, perfectly safe, and absolutely stunning. The condo is fully equipped with anything one might need and beds are comfy! The only complaint I would have is I wish there were one more chair or seat in the living room space. Overall, a pure hit! Thank you so much!

My husband and I fell in love with Ormond Beach over 25 years ago. We owned a house, which we shared with families over the years. Our guests were always so happy with our property. We recently decided we wanted to be directly on the beach. We were lucky to find a 4th floor oceanfront penthouse with a 35 foot terrace! We still have the feeling of home in this small community, and we are lucky to have the Penthouse which gives us 35 feet of oceanfront views. We still get to visit and vacation in this most beautiful beach!!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The condo is direct oceanfront. We have a 35 foot terrace facing the ocean and every bedroom has the same view. The building has a management office and is always friendly and available for all your needs. The property is immaculate, the lifeguard station is right next door and there is a park right on the beach next door. Tennis courts are 1/2 mile away as well as shopping and restaurants. You will not be disappointed!!!!

You are directly on the beach, and you can sip coffee and see the sunrise right from the balcony! You can BBQ pool side and have dinner right on the ocean. Life is good at our Penthouse!
