This is the old Varina Hotel. The room has 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, stainless steel appliances, and wood floors. The apartment is above Aviator SmokeHouse BBQ Restaurant. Nearby is the Aviator TapHouse for live music and brewery fresh beer! Across the street is Aviator Pizzeria and BeerShop with a large outdoor patio and plenty of Aviator Beer and also other selections: seltzer, wine, liquor.

Aviator Brewing Company is a brewery located in Fuquay Varina. We brew beer and distribute across the SouthEast. We own 3 restaurants in Fuquay Varina. Come see us and drink some beer!

This room is located above a restaurant. Near the back windows are the hood system. There is noise coming from these electric motors. At night this downtown location has noise. If you need it very quiet this is not the place for you. Please no cats.

Dirty, Spider webs around windows and throughout rental. Tub was dirty past guest soap was still in the tub. Looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. Freezer was very dirty and ice left in there for months. Bought our own cups we were afraid to use anything in kitchen after seeing how dirty everything looked. The did leave coffee but no coffee filters. The couch was disgusting (all stained up) on its last leg. It was a good thing we did not have someone staying with us to sleep on the couch because there was no bedding left for it. Bathroom rug should be throw out. The bathroom floor/ tub area and under the sink had mildew growing. We loved the charm of the ceilings and the interior doors. If they are truly professional cleaners doing the cleaning they should be fired asap. It is really a shame this place could be so cute with just around 1,000 of improvements. (STR is the industry I work in.) The location was good, but their campion restaurants were way below average. The breakfast place they were out right rude and walked away mid sentence of us asking about the area.

Love staying here. Location is great. This was our second time staying here. Was not as clean as the first time but nothing that could not be over looked. Spiderwebs, bugs in bathroom. Coffee was supplied which was nice but no filters. Fans would be nice to have handy as it got hot at night while sleeping. Would stay again for sure though.

Water was constantly dripping from the ceiling onto the couch and the couch was always soaking wet. When the sink was turned on the water sprayed out the hose and hit the wall and myself. The water was only lukewarm to take a shower. The overall experience was very disappointing

NOT good

LOVE the town of FV but this apartment was DIRTY! I actually had to clean several spills (hopefully not vomit) from the floor upon arrival. I could see it with the glare of the sun only so that grossed me out. This place was not cleaned at all and there were so many disgusting things: water backed up in shower so stood in backed up water the whole time, towels were brown and had bleach marks on them and paper thin. Dollar store towels would have been better than this. We locked ourselves out bc the door locks automatically when closed (without key), someone came to let us in quickly but still does not make up for the nastiness. We heard scurrying the morning we left, which means MICE! The refrigerator appeared as if it was wiped off with a greasy cloth and the couch smelled of feces. SOOO much more I could type here :( very sad as was super excited to stay downtown and above Aviator. Never again, which makes me sad.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable for my liking and honestly, the couch in the living room should be replaced. It has the to be the most uncomfortable piece of furniture outside a Jail cell. Otherwise great place. Id stay there again in a different room if the couches are not the same. There's no real office area so to speak so I did a lot of work from the sofa. ...or tried to. Honestly, the back of the sofa is missing I think, looks like there should be some sort of back held on by velcro... not there. also the cushions practically disappear in to the sleeper beneath it. otherwise great stay

Another awesome visit

This apartment is centrally located to everything we need when we’re in town visiting family. It is spacious, super clean, and communication with the owner is always great. All basic dishes and pots/pans are provided which is nice, the in unit washer and dryer is a perk too. Highly recommend lunch or dinner at the smokehouse, you can’t go wrong staying here!

Great location

The location was fantastic! Quaint downtown that was easy to walk and check out the restaurants and shops. Loved the character of the the building the apartment is located in and the apartment itself. Also loved that the host leaves some delicious craft beer in the fridge for the guest.

Great Location if you like to walk to bars/restaurants

We first chose this location because it was close to where family lived. But we Loved that after spending time with family we could come back to our room and just walk across the street or next door to get a drink and some late night bites. There was always music and it was a great way to wind down.

My girlfriend and I stayed here with our two pups to celebrate my birthday and we had the most fabulous time. The apartment was exactly as we expected, cute and quaint with all the needed amenities. The location was perfect and the staff at the smokehouse below the apartment were wonderful. We loved the beer left in the fridge for us. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!! It was perfect for a girlfirends getaway.

great place to stay in Fuquay Varina!

This was a small upstairs apartment above Aviator resto in Fuquay! These are 100 year old apartments---I suspect these three rooms were a doctor's office one hundred years ago---very interesting!! The room was GREAT--noise from outside was NEVER a problem---the apt is like daylight from two large skylights---the stacked washer dryer is new---and proved very useful!! Everything worked---no complaints---the price was great!! You will have some long 50s style steps to get up there---but I am 79 and had no trouble!! This VRBO is cost saving and unique!!

Awesome location

This is such a cute area and we loved the location. We had no issues with noise and there are many choices of good food, drinks and live music! We will stay here again if in the area for sure! LOVED it!

What a great fun area to stay. We wanted something different than a hotel and got it. People were great and the apartment was clean and comfortable. Recommend to anyone that wants to stay downtown. The host was great by the way.

almost perfect

Simple, basic, convenient, very reasonably priced is how we would describe this property. Parking got a little tricky on the weekend if we wanted to return around dinner time, but we would definitely stay at this property again. It was just what we needed for our short visit with our daughter in Fuquay-Varina.

great, fun location over great restaurant

We stayed in this apartment for 4 days. Nice place/location for downtown activities. Not great for prepping your own meals. Not enough cooking/baking materials. Furniture was ok.
