Welcome! To Your New Home Away from Home! Pictures pretty much say it all. come stay at this beautiful 2600sf single story home. Well taken care of, professionally cleaned, and very functional. This property is also allowed* 4 Children Age 6 and under in addition to the 10 adults. This is a Legal registered STVR so no worries of having your reservation canceled for this reason.

No parties or events may be held at this home no additional people are allowed on property other than those listed on the reservation! We understand Las Vegas is known as Sin City and the party capital of the US. We ask that you don’t mistreat the space so that others may enjoy it in the future as well.
- We ask that you keep it respectful to our friendly neighbors and keep the noise down after 9 PM in public area's under 60 Db (driveway/pool area)
- Smoking.... Smoking and Vaping is permitted outside ONLY!. Please take care of your own dishes. clean them, put them back If you choose not too that is fine however an extra charge of $50 for additional housekeeping services will apply.*-Adding People, Adding additional people after you have an Accepted booking is $50 per person .unless you notify us the same day you booked holidays & special events may be more . Honesty is the Best policy!! If you are seen "sneaking people in" You will be charged $75 per person for every night on your reservation regardless if they stayed one night or ten. Please be honest with me!! late checkout is 40$ per hour, unless communicated to your host previously! we have A tight schedule to keep and prefer rules be followed. If you are staying in the Las Vegas retreat II we limit hot tub use to two hours per day per reservation. heating of the pool is additional price and Adjusted temperature will depend on the time of year, pool and hot tub hours of use are between 8 AM and 10pm We have a strict cancellation policy please make sure your dates and group size are accurate in your request/booking once your reservation is confirmed unless you have communicated a potential cancellation request that's already been approved by us. We reserve the right to decline Alterations. We enforce our strict policies and will likely decline requests to remove dates from your reservation. We assume no responsibility for injuries or thefts on the property. -Booking with Children Under 18- Children are welcome but please control them.
