CLEANING STANDARDS
We are committed to protecting our guests by providing them with a safe and healthy home away from home.  In common areas, employees are working under CDC guidelines to clean and disinfect community facilities. In private areas, we have taken additional measures to ensure a clean and hygienic living space. We use hospital grade disinfectants on frequently touched surfaces including door handles, light switches, and TV remotes.

Full bathroom with modern finishes. Hand towels and bath towels supplied.

KITCHEN
Modern kitchen with new cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Fully equipped with flatware, dishware and all small kitchen appliances. Eat-in counter with seating for two.

LIVING ROOM
Equipped with a high-end sofa and chaise, lined with decorative pillows. Sliding, glass doors lead to large balcony with daily breathtaking sunset views. Complimentary high-speed WiFi. 57” SmartTV equipped with Cable TV and Netflix.

COMMUNITY LAUNDRY ROOM & TRASH ROOM
Community laundry room available on each floor of the building - located directly next to the service elevator. Each laundry room has two professional grade washers and dryers that work with a chip card (provided).

Linens, towels, kitchenware, and are included. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, and cooler provided. Guests may also rent chairs and umbrellas from the beachside rental company.
