The property, view & everything in general was exceptional!. Check in was easy. There was everything we needed in the condo to be comfortable & to cook a nice meal. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony in the mornings.

"We had a wonderful week at this condo!” As described in the listing it was spotless upon arrival, modern, steps away from the beach, nice view of the ocean. The kitchen was well-equipped, the rooms were tastefully decorated, it had all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable. The host was easy to work with and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely condo. Very modern. Well equipped kitchen with new appliances. Beds were comfortable. Owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. TV is huge with a contemporary fireplace below it that was very cool. Pool is very nice and the water was warm.

After your departure, the air conditioning was checked and it is working properly with the normal sound expected from a central AC system. If there had been any concern during your stay, we would have been happy to check it immediately if notified. Regarding the pool, the condominium actually has two pools shared between the two towers, both connected through the oceanfront patio area with direct beach access. Guests are welcome to use either of them. During high season the building can be lively, but the pool area is supervised and maintained within the allowed capacity to ensure a comfortable environment for everyone. No surprises in this lovely penthouse unit with stunning view of the ocean. Fully modernized and comfortable. Beds were super comfortable. Very well equipped kitchen. Beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels provided. The host, Roberto was super responsive and easy to reach. This is a keeper.

Thank you for the wonderful vacation! New, clean, beautiful, and comfortable apartments with a gorgeous design and a magnificent ocean view from the balcony! Everything you need is included. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and appliances; everything is brand new. The host was very welcoming, helped us check in, showed us the area, and was always in touch. Our stay was absolutely perfect! The condo was immaculate with stunning penthouse views from the balcony — truly breathtaking. Beach access was ideal, and the entire property was clean, safe, and well-lit. Parking was easy, and Uber access was a breeze. The location was great too — accessible to so many things to do without all the craziness of Miami. Roberto, our host, was excellent with communication from start to finish. There isn’t a single thing I would change. We’ll most definitely rent from him again! Thank you for being a great host.

I chose this neighborhood because it’s one of the most beautiful and peaceful places to enjoy the beach in South Florida. I love that it’s right by the ocean with direct beach access, while still being close to everything — parks, restaurants, shops, and great places to walk and relax. My favorite part of this area is watching the breathtaking sunrises from the balcony, walking along the shore at sunset, or simply relaxing with the ocean breeze.
