Este condominio frente al mar ubicado justo en la playa. Hermoso, vista al mar excelente. Está tan cerca que cree que puede tocar el agua. Sales; dar unos pasos y se encuentra en la arena, un poco más que está nadando en el océano. O sentarse en la mirada del balcón en el océano, cuando lo que desea es relajarse después de duro día en la playa o loca vida nocturna. Condominio tiene todo como hotel 5 estrellas. Y usted se sentirá como en casa, y pagar sólo una fracción del costo. Por favor, vea las imágenes. Deja todo en casa, tomar sólo un cepillo de dientes, todo lo demás se proporciona, a partir de láminas de sillas de playa. El precio está bien.

Relaxing Getaway

Lovely Beach Front Condo

Very nice beach front condo with good ocean view. Property is clean and well cared for. Really enjoyed the pool with a large deck area and plenty of chairs. Host was responsive and helpful.

Relaxing Trip

Property's was very nice, as seen in photos and descriptions. The view was amazing. Bed was very comfortable. Check-in could have been very confusing but with communication with owner, he made it very easy. He responds super quick with any questions and left his phone number in the apartment if needed. We will be back!

Lovely time in Hallandale / Hollywood FL

Clean, convenient, good kitchen, minus a few things , spacious 1 bedroom apartment, easy ocean and pool access. Bed comfortable, lots of extra bedding and a roll-away. Beach supplies included. Only 1 suggestion- could use a more comfortable couch. Excellent communication with a very friendly host.

Short escape

Beautiful view! Very relaxing and quiet. Alec was very quick to respond to any questions and people in the area were very nice and helpful. Downloaded and took the Circuit transportation which was very cheap and extremely helpful.

Nice, on the beach

The room was nice, the inventory was older and we had trouble with the TV's but the host did help out. The staff at the condo does not know much about the room and are not helpful.

Check in process antiquated! Fees, fees , fees!!

The rooms are outstanding! Modern decor and spacious. You can only check in fully in only one of the buildings between 9 and 5. And you will likely stand in line to register and get your FOB and parking card. You will pay a fee both for parking and the card and the FOB. It seems like such an antiquated system of registration for such a modern hotel.

Worth it!

I will say this place is great to start! Good size, clean, had all the amenities needed to get going and whatever you need last minute there is a store/cafe (Enjoy cafe) on the 1st floor. Very convenient! There was an issue with the bathroom on one of the days and Alec was at the door within a half hour and on top of it. Which was a game changer! turned the mood and the vibe around very quickly! So all in and all the place was great, but the owner went above and beyond and that made everything top tier! Thank you again Alec. Wish you the best in all you do brother!

Beautiful place

The condo and view was beautiful. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed to stay. The air conditioning made a very loud noise when it clicks on but we were comfortable the entire time with temperature! The check in process was strange as it was not the front desk but they pointed me to the right direction. They charge 30 for the fob to get in and out of the building. You do not get this money back after returning the fob. The pool was very nice and heated. Access to the beach was beautiful! Very easy to get around. There is not a lot around the condo but the 40 minute walk to the shops wasn’t bad and they have a lot to offer there. Overall I gave 4/5 for the minor areas of concern but the place is beautiful and a fun place for me and the 2 kids!

I absolutely LOVED the condo! The view was amazing. It was exactly like the pictures. Spacious and clean. Seconds away from the beach. I loved the security of the building. Check-in process is terrible (though not the owners fault). The front desk people are ZERO help and act as if they don't care. I had to notify the owner for assistance and he responded right away. Would not change anything about the condo except the A/C was very loud and rattled constantly (again the owner was notified). All in all, it was a great place to stay and if I am ever in the area again, will most definitely use this spot again!

It ruined our trip

The only thing in this condo that was clean was the floor. The couches had spots. We didn’t even dare sit on them without putting a sheet on them, the comforter had black marks on it. The mattress had spots all over it. The fridge was filthy on the outside and what looks like mold on the kitchen ceiling. The chairs at the table were dirty. The air conditioning sounded like a freight train.land the blinds in the living room were missing pieces so there was no privacy. I’d love to share pictures.

Nice but needs a few updates

We arrived around 10pm and was able to check right in to the unit. Valet took all of our info and gave us instructions of check in at the office over in the other building after 9am. I went to check in around 9:30am and was in the office for about an hour. This is where you will get the resort wristbands, the token to scan for entry (non-refundable) and a parking tag (refundable). The check in process was a little long so be prepared to spend a good hour or two in line if you arrive late and have to check in on the morning after. Other than that the unit was decent. The mattress needs updated and a foam topper for the fold out bed in the living room would be helpful too. When the neighbors above were cooking you could smell their food through the vents so we closed the vent in the kitchen and had to open the balcony door a little. Bring some air fresher just in case. Owner is close by so that was nice when he was needed. Thanks Alec!

Stay. Away ....

Definitely would not recommend the tides to anyone. When we pulled top to the building, we were told we need to go to building next door to register. We drive to the building next door, was told by a person at the front desk to walk down a hall, we stood in line for 1/2 hour only to be told we need to go back to the other building to register our car. You can't make this up. After this you go back to other building stand in line , it's then you are charged with a 75.00 parking fee 30.00 guest fee , and a 20.00 refundable cash deposit, that is only refundable between the hours of 9-5. So don't plan on leaving before 9 or arriving after 5. They provided no chairs or umbrellas on the beach. At best it's an old high rise apartment building with a pool. not one person at valet or front desk will acknowledge you...
