El condominio de René se encuentra a solo 100 metros del Park City Mountain Resort. Está lo suficientemente cerca como para caminar a casa para almorzar o tomar una taza de coco caliente después de una mañana de esquí. Host was great and very accommodating! Amenities were great, a few extras such as ziplock bags, garbage bags, spices, some tea and coffee, water bottles on arrival. Shampoo, conditioner, soap in the shower. A bottle of hand/body cream.Lots of extras.Excellent location if you ski - right across the street from Park City Mountain and buses to Deer Valley.Nice garage parking!

The property was sumptuous and extraordinarily well maintained. It came with everything you could think of and niceties that might not have ever crossed your mind. It is centrally located and places of interest are either within walking distance or a short drive. Hey Notebook was provided with clear instructions and recommended places of interest.

This was a beautifully decorated condo with everything you could need and more. The location was great. There were two bus stops for free transport to multiple locations. You can also choose to walk the 1 mile to Main Street. We did both. The condo was extremely clean with a very comfortable bed. Its a safe neighborhood - we walked home after dark with no problem. Rene provided detailed lists and was very responsive. Would love to go back again one day!

Great Location for a ski vacation. Unfortunately we were there in August. Across the street from Park City main lodge. Immaculately clean, great host, very responsive. Best supplied kitchen we've seen in a VRBO. Highly recommended!

Rene’s Empire House condo is amazing and likely one of the best vacation rental experiences we’ve had. Rene is a pleasure to work with. She is very friendly, communicative, and detail-oriented.The condo is in great condition - it was very clean and in great shape. The property is packed with essentials (dishes, bathroom accessories, supplies, etc.) - plus more. Things like condiments, lawn chairs, a hiking backpack, etc. There is also a nice semi-portable AC unit that makes it so much easier to deal with the summer heat. We definitely felt very comfortable when staying there and had no worries or concerns.The location is perfect - it’s near bus stops, walking distance to downtown, and just a few minutes walk to the Park City Mountain Resort. Rene left a binder full of helpful information about the area as well - restaurant recommendations, things to do, dog parks, hiking trails,etc.Overall this was an amazing stay. We’ve stayed several vacation rentals in Park City and this by far is our favorite.

Fabulous Place

OUTSTANDING Accommodations!!! Rene thought of Everything. The unit is Very well equipped. The drawers and cabinets are labeled and the unit extremely clean. Rene is easy to reach and quick to respond. The Empire House is well situated and we could walk to the park to play pickleball, take a walk on the Poison Creek trail, watch the skateboarders in the fantastic skate park and walk to main street for shopping and restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyable stay in Park City. We’ll be back.

Amazing stay

The location was fantastic and the condo itself was superb. Well kept and clean. Love the breakfast nook and the steam shower is sensational. Rene was lovely and accommodated our last minute request with check in as had issued with our travel. Would absolutely book again!

Gold Standard for Vacation Rentals

You can tell this is an owner-occupied property, not just something held for an investment. I felt like I was actually someone's guest. The breadth of supplies and amenities is amazing (there are even scissors and tape!). Everything is labeled and clear instructions were provided, along with a packet of restaurant recommendations.Kitchen: Full range of cooking equipment, lots of spices, oils, condiments, etc. Nice coffee maker and grinder, cuisinart, etc. Instead of the scorched earth policy many rentals follow, here you are encouraged to leave nonperishable items. If possible, do your shopping after check-in so you can see what supplies are available.The condo is plenty spacious for a family of 4. My two full-grown teenage daughters slept on the pull-out, and it was fine. If you're driving to Park City, you can bring a mattress topper for better support.I enjoyed snuggling up with a blanket at the bay window with my morning coffee and watching the snow fall.Location is perfect. Literally a block from the lift entrance - 2 minutes across the parking lot. Walking distance to grocery store. And a 20-minute walk to the center of town; or take the bus (also a short walk across the PC mountain parking lot). Only noise we experienced was beeping from trash trucks or snow plows one morning, and people walking around upstairs.Condo has radiant floor heating, which was a treat. No need for slippers.Would definitely stay here again on next trip to Park City!

Perfect Place for a Family

This is the perfect place for a family of four. It is within easy walking distance of PCM resort. If you are looking for a very nice, convenient place to stay and enjoy the slopes, this is your place. We will be back.

We had the most wonderful, relaxing time at Rene’s property. Everything you could possibly need is provided and more, just like home! The home is decorated beautifully, with wonderful shower and comfy bed. Within walking distance to town and the bus line. We will definitely come back!

Even better than described!

Rene’s condo is centrally located to everything that there is to do in Park City. Our dog loved the dog park that was only 2 blocks away and City Park was just a few blocks in the other direction. Short stroll to Main Street and all the restaurants. Could not recommend more highly! The condo is spotlessly clean and has everything you could need to make your stay enjoyable! We will return!

Perfect Stay

Everything about this home was spot on - location, communication, comfort and convenience. I have never stayed at a property that was so well appointed - right down to the backpack for hiking! We lacked for nothing and the home was just as described - even more. Park City was so much fun, can't wait to try it for skiing!

Wonderful PC experience!

Rene takes great care to make sure her condo is pristine, and she communicates incredibly. Beautiful place in a perfect location for us: Within Old Town, but a bit away from the hub-bub. There is no central AC, but the portable AC works just fine. Be aware of the 2nd floor location with no elevator-We found the exercise was an advantage. Will stay there again!!

Park City Gem

My husband and I stayed in this wonderful condo for two weeks, and it is exactly as promised. We had everything we could have ever needed. We were very impressed with how clean and organized the unit is. The location is wonderful especially if you like to walk and not have to deal with parking around Main Street. The owner should give a Master Class in how to successfully manage a rental property deserving of 5 stars every time.

I am a native Californian. Born near the beach town of Oceanside and spent my childhood growing up in Carlsbad. My husband Ted I met in CA where we married and later lived in AZ raising our 2 boys for 20 + years. I enjoy traveling and exploring new towns and places. My hobbies include cooking, entertaining, and fishing whenever I can. Managing and hosting our vacation rentals came from property investments that we own and in giving it a try to see if property management was a good fit for me, I must admit that I really like doing it.

Our family has skied in many different locations in the Western States. Utah's snow and powder are the “Best” in the west. We love that fact that you can arrive at the airport and be on the slopes in less than an hour. The charming town of Park city is surrounded by two world class resorts, Park City Mountain Resort now including the Canyons and Deer Valley. We like the Ski Resort being right next to town. No driving down the mountain in a snow storm after a hard day of skiing. Many restaurants, the grocery store, and even the movie theater are just minutes away. Park City is also a great summer get-a-way with lots of fun things to do with the family.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Empire House is an old Victorian building built in the early 80's. Its architectural features are distinct and unlike anything you will see in Park City. Our condo is located directly across the street from Park City Mountain Resort - a very short walk and boom, you are on the lift. No need for a car in Park City, everything is within walking distance. If you don't have a car, then use the free shuttle service that is offered. It’s a short walk (less than 2 min) across the street to catch the shuttle which runs every 10-12 minutes to downtown Main Street.
