With an unbeatable oceanfront location and multiple resort amenities, you'll never want to leave! Small but practical, let this be your place to rest your feet after days and days of fun.

Your reservation includes buffet breakfast for two guests at Magnolia’s at 26th. Tickets are valid only on the date issued. ***Extra breakfasts are available for $10 + tax*** just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will enjoy free Blockbuster rentals during your stay. Also check out the Snack Shack located on the 1st floor of the registration building.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.

Ok for a weekend.

It was okay for a last minute weekend get away. I wouldn’t plan my Usual weekly vacations there. Several reasons… there was dust on lamps etc. there were spots on ceiling which could Possibly be mold. The fridge didn’t sit Level and rocked back and forth. The coffee pot had dust on it and was nasty -which I take my own so I didn’t touch it. I did like that there was hard floors as opposed to carpet. The beds were decent. Bedding was clean. Bathroom was pretty well cleaned. Hot water and good shower head was a plus. I liked the price and feel i got What I paid for. So not a total put down on the place. I didn’t like their no smoking/vaping of the entire premises when our floor reeked of pot the whole time we were there. Just seemed a bit out of balance there. Lol All in all-it was a good stay for the price.

I would not stay again

CHECk IN: When arriving to the property not privately owned. The check in and parking is interesting. (Don’t ask to check in early or if you are guests for the “hotel “rooms not owned by others ) they do not like to hold your luggage. Actually they don’t like to do much at all. Most listings and this property recommend to take a Uber/ Lift. The reason is because their parking garage is 2 streets away and once you park there is a cut through. So definite pull up to park that looks like a garage that is not and try to find a luggage cart ( not many less than 12 if not less ) for number of quests in the High-rise . You may want to grab one the night before you plan to leave. You are given your 2 keys and a breakfast cards for each morning to Magnolia buffet quick walk for your free breakfast get there before 9am or sooner It is crowded wait goes fast it’s a Buffett that is glassed up and NOT self serve safe to eat and Busy ROOMs: Smaller than appeared in photos Our room 604 had mold in bathroom where molding came off. Tuns are slick. You get as many towels as guests so we had exactly 4 towel sets you must call front desk and put old as well as trash in a bag in hall. No if you did VRBO or other rental agency’s I’m sure they may different rules. BEACH: We had a great view of the ocean. The beach access is an elevator down and a quick walk. They rent umbrellas and beach chairs that look like they have been there from the 50’s very worn and torn all for the fabulous price of $45 I think they rented umbrellas separate. We had red flags every day so I didn’t get in the water the waves were huge. I sat in my old chair FYI: the Alligator Adventure was great it had all kinds of reptiles, birds an other animals you wouldn’t see everyday. We did the Pirate dinner(Dolly Parton does this one like the ones in Gatlinburg) show was fun to see ( go on weeknight weekends are very busy ) These you never go for the food Helpful tip any car that has a handicap hanger or plate can park in any parking lot without paying it’s their Law so if your handicap try to park me t to the hotel where public beach access is they have 2 handicap spots Howe er you can park anywhere in lot just make sure you hang your visor tag or it’s on your plate If you want sandy white beach’s you won’t find it here. We were on Red flag most days and crazy high waves.

I would have given this home five stars but..

I would have given this room five stars but the toilet flushed extremely slow, the Refrigator didn’t keep our food/drinks cold.. I did enjoy the ocean front view .. it was simply beautiful

It was a hotel

It was an average hotel. Nothing special. The pool was kind of small and the lazy river was a joke but the room was fine.
