With everything you need (and more!) enjoy days of fun in the sun at the Carolinian Beach Resort! Guests will have access to great amenities inside the condo as well as everything the resort has to offer.

Your reservation includes buffet breakfast for two guests at Magnolia’s at 26th. Tickets are valid only on the date issued. ***Extra breakfasts are available for $10 + tax*** just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will enjoy free Blockbuster rentals during your stay. Also check out the Snack Shack located on the 1st floor of the registration building.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.

Fantastic view with incredible water pressure. But the place had a musty smell in the unit probably from all of the old carpeting. The counters are pretty granite and the layout is nice. But the carpet and blinds are old and dated. Their is a significant sewer smell outside the unit at the entrance to the elevators and in the loading and unloading area was overwhelming and why I would not really recommend the place. Also Construction of a Pier like water drainage system to the side of the property was very noisy. It made us go to other beaches rather than want to stay there and listen to heavy equipment. It looks like they have a long way to go and no one made us aware of the construction noise.

Overall good stay

Had a good experience. A little older property, but things worked out well. No real complaints, just a few things we'd wish were better, but overall met our expectations.

The tubs are very amazing. Deep and spacious with wonderful water pressure. Location was perfect with the balcony overlooking the ocean. We had a wonderful vacation and would 100% book this exact room again.

this is the best stay we all had and everything we wanted to have as a family to feed our kids was available and no comments or other feedbacks to the hotel and feel to come over and over to the hotel to have a relaxed stay

Great location, needs TLC

We were absolutely delighted when we saw the ocean view and the location of this condo in Myrtle Beach. Condo is very nice, but in much need of some refurbishing and updating.

Great place to stay

This place has a wonderful oceanfront view of the ocean. It was nice and clean. Beds were very comfy. My only issue was the bedroom with two beds needs more light. It was hard to find things. I would recommend this place to anyone.

First Family Trip to Myrtle Beach

This was our first family trip to Myrtle Beach and we would stay here again. The property is outdated and not the cleanest( dirty sheets and pillows, a lot of chipped or peeling paint, scuff marks, and dirt buildup) the whole condo is carpet and they don’t give you a vacuum to clean, so you can only get what you can with an old broom. Anyone can come into the buildings and pool area from the road or beach, but that seems common for the area. The women at the front desk were very rude. The breakfast is nice and a short walk. There are alot of restaurants, shopping, and mini golf near by. Access to the beach is the best part!

Good beach visit

Condo check in was easy, location right on the beach, inside as advertised. Slight problem with the ice maker, but constant communication with staff was solved. Included breakfast was good as well did rentals (because TV has very limited options). Worked well for our short visit

Great stay!

We loved the ocean view from our balcony! The breakfast at Magnolia’s was amazing and such a great way to start the day. The beds were very comfortable. It was super easy to get to the beach. The only con was that the bedroom with 2 beds had barely any light. There was one dim light and a tiny window that did not let in much light; which made sleeping easy, but reading and doing make-up difficult. But that’s not a big deal and we would definitely stay there again.

A few hiccups

We stay at the Carolinian every year mainly for the convenient location. Unit 430 was comfortable and served the purpose we needed. Only complaint was we found sheets in our dryer and sand in the tubs of both the bathrooms. Check out was at 10 and and cleaning team knocked on our door at 9:00 and then waited right outside our door for an hour until we left. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful. We would stay at the Carolinian again.

Vacation 2022

Was an overall nice place to be. The only issues were the dishwasher didn’t clean the dishes and the mattresses were worn out and the springs were poking out of the sofa bed. The washer worked great and the pools were very clean. Loved that they offered free breakfast and free mini golf. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect space

Everything was clean and fresh. The best thing about our stay was the water pressure in the showers. I always hate staying at a hotel and condo, and all you have is a lukewarm trickle. Our suite didn’t have this problem!

Place was sufficient with nice location.

Breakfast was simple but perfect. Comfort food, don’t have high expectations and you won’t be disappointed. I can eat the same thing everyday and be happy, others need “fancy.” The beach was great, raked daily. Pool is small but the covered one was heated well. Lazy river was cooler but still warm. The hot tub was always full of kids so we never got to enjoy that. The room was adequate but not well kept up. The sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable, I napped there once but for the 4 & 7 year old it worked. The safe was falling off the wall (not real safe) and the dishes were minimal. Sleeps eight but only feeds five. The pitcher for Kool-aid had a crack/hole in the bottom so it leaked all over the counter. Asked for a replacement but it never was sent up. We went and bought one… video rental/borrow was a nice treat with some newer movies. We would come again but it would be nice to have it a little TLC added to the room and the pool area.

Right on beach

Right on the beach!! This was a great deal to have a two bedroom mini apartment right on the beach for family stay. Lots of food and activities in the area and of course right on the ocean. Some cons: furniture was not comfortable, kitchen lacking some items like potholders, utensils, not enough plates, cups, etc. bathrooms not enough towels. Neighbors smoking weed and smell was too strong to sit on patio most of the day.

Great location, but...

Second time staying (in a different unit). This unit has numerous problems. Please note- I did not inform staff about these issues as we were not in the room most of the time. If you can tolerate missing bulbs, problems with remote, carpet pulling away from wall in some areas, not enough utensils for family of four, wet carpet outside door of 2nd bathroom when you shower (but no water on bathroom floor?). Closet in 2nd BR "off track", cracked toilet handle in main bathroom (but it still works) Unit is dated, but it seems most units are. Major clog (hairball-yuck) in guest shower (should've called, but we fixed it) Shower can also be a little too strong. Older (and shorter) family members may need assistance stepping into shower as the tub was a little high. Washer/Dryer combo was a little tricky and very loud. Beds were ok and beautiful oceanfront views. Great location-enjoyed the free putt putt and breakfast at Magnolia at 26th (you can walk to both). Staff was friendly and at the time, it was priced less than most 2BR 2BATH condos in the area. I would not hesitate to stay at the Carolinian again, just not unit 0430. Sorry.
