Here, days can begin with breakfast in the garden, continue with a swim overlooking the surrounding landscape and end with a relaxed dinner beneath the pergola. The villa's remarkable professional kitchen, originally designed for a restaurant, is a particular highlight for guests who love food and entertaining. Private cooking experiences, pizza evenings and yoga sessions can be arranged for registered guests, subject to availability and advance agreement. Villa Amiela combines the comfort of a spacious private home with the distinctive character of an Italian country estate.

GARDENS, POOL AND OUTDOOR LIVING

The outdoor spaces are among Villa Amiela's greatest attractions. Landscaped gardens with mature trees, greenery and Mediterranean plants surround the house, offering plenty of room to unwind, read or simply enjoy the fresh air. The private swimming pool is accompanied by a furnished sunbathing area with loungers and parasols, ideal for long afternoons in the sunshine. An outdoor shower adds convenience after a swim.

Several terraces and outdoor seating areas allow guests to gather or find a quieter corner. Enjoy a coffee in the shade, share an aperitif with your family or take in the sweeping views across the surrounding hills and sea. The upper-floor private terrace is especially appealing for its sea views and relaxed atmosphere. Outdoor furniture and shaded areas make the gardens just as inviting for conversation as for peaceful moments alone.

A traditional wood-fired pizza oven adds an authentic Italian touch. For safety and proper operation, the oven may only be used in the presence of the villa's designated pizza maker. Pizza evenings should be requested several days in advance whenever possible and are subject to confirmation and any applicable service charges. Guests are not permitted to operate the oven independently.

INTERIOR LAYOUT – SIX BEDROOMS FOR 12 GUESTS

The villa is arranged over three levels, with comfortable communal areas and bedrooms distributed throughout the house. Its layout is well suited to larger families and groups travelling together, providing a pleasant balance between shared living and privacy. The standard rental includes six bedrooms for a maximum of 12 guests. An additional bedroom can be made available only by prior arrangement, as explained under Extra Guests below.

GROUND FLOOR

The ground floor is the social heart of the villa. Its spacious living and dining room opens directly onto the main terrace, making it easy to move between indoor and outdoor spaces. The comfortable lounge is a welcoming place to relax after exploring Sorrento or the Amalfi Coast, while the dining area is ideal for gathering around the table.

The fully equipped professional kitchen is one of the property's most unusual features. The space was originally used for restaurant operations and offers a generous working environment for preparing meals and enjoying culinary experiences. Whether you prefer to cook together or arrange a private culinary activity through the villa's approved team, it is a memorable part of the property. A separate laundry room is accessible from the terrace.

Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed, television and private en-suite bathroom. Bathroom 1 includes a sink, toilet, shower, bidet and hairdryer.

Bedroom 2: Two single beds, television and private en-suite bathroom. Bathroom 2 includes a sink, toilet, shower, bidet and hairdryer.

FIRST FLOOR

The first floor accommodates three bedrooms included in the standard rental. Each has its own bathroom, offering comfort and convenience for guests sharing the villa.

Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed, television and private en-suite bathroom. Bathroom 3 includes a sink, toilet, shower, bidet and hairdryer.

Bedroom 4: Queen-size bed, television and private en-suite bathroom. Bathroom 4 includes a sink, toilet, shower, bidet and hairdryer.

Bedroom 5: Queen-size bed, television and private en-suite bathroom. Bathroom 5 includes a sink, toilet, shower, bidet and hairdryer.

An additional double bedroom, identified as Bedroom 6, is not included in the standard six-bedroom configuration. It remains closed unless the extra-guest option is agreed in advance. Please do not assume this room is available with a regular reservation.

SECOND FLOOR

Bedroom 7 is the sixth bedroom included in the standard rental. This lovely upper-floor suite features a queen-size bed, television, kettle and mini-fridge, together with its own en-suite bathroom. Bathroom 6 includes a sink, toilet, shower, bidet and hairdryer.

The bedroom opens onto a private sea-view terrace furnished with sun loungers, a table and chairs. This elevated outdoor space is a wonderful setting for a quiet morning coffee or an evening enjoying the Mediterranean scenery. The second floor also offers a private living area with a kitchenette and a dining table seating four people, providing a useful additional space away from the main living room.

EXPERIENCES AT THE VILLA

Villa Amiela lends itself beautifully to relaxed group experiences. A cooking class can introduce your party to local recipes and the flavours of Campania, while a pizza evening offers a fun way to celebrate together. The spacious outdoor areas are also suitable for private yoga or wellness sessions, subject to suitable arrangements and weather conditions. These experiences are optional, must be organised in advance and are exclusively for guests staying at the villa. The property is not offered as a venue for outside participants, public events or additional visitors.

Outside chefs, caterers and other independent food-service providers are not permitted. Any chef, pizza maker or catering service must be arranged through the villa's authorised team. Please contact Amore Rentals before booking activities so that availability, arrangements and prices can be confirmed. No cooking class, chef service, pizza evening or yoga instructor is included automatically in the accommodation rate.

INCLUDED SERVICES AND HOUSEKEEPING

The accommodation includes exclusive use of the six bedrooms in the standard configuration, the indoor communal areas, the private pool and the villa's gardens and terraces, subject to the applicable house rules. Final cleaning is included in the rental price. For stays longer than seven nights, an additional cleaning service with a change of bed linen and towels is included during the stay.

Guests who would prefer more frequent attention can request optional daily housekeeping in advance for an extra charge of EUR 200 per day. This service is not included in the standard rate and must be confirmed before arrival. Please discuss the desired schedule and scope of service with our team when making your arrangements.

EXTRA GUESTS AND IMPORTANT NOTES

Villa Amiela is advertised for a maximum of 12 guests in six bedrooms. On prior request and subject to approval, two additional guests may be accommodated in Bedroom 6 on the first floor. The supplement is EUR 150 per additional person per night. This option is not part of the standard reservation and must be agreed and paid for in advance. The maximum occupancy of 14 applies only when the additional accommodation has been expressly confirmed.

The pizza oven is available solely with the villa's designated pizza maker present. Please request any pizza experience at least a few days before the planned date whenever possible. External chefs and external catering are not allowed. Cooking classes, yoga activities and other private experiences are reserved for registered overnight guests and require prior arrangements. Please respect the property, its furnishings, the surrounding gardens and the peace of the neighbourhood.

Villa Amiela enjoys a convenient position near Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi, a welcoming village on the hills above Sorrento. This is an excellent base for exploring both the Sorrento Peninsula and the Amalfi Coast. The location allows guests to combine relaxing days by the pool with restaurant visits, sightseeing, boat trips and memorable excursions. A car or arranged transport is recommended for discovering the wider region comfortably, especially when travelling as a group.

Approximate local distances: Ristorante Da Cardillo, around 1 km; supermarket, around 1.5 km; Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi village square, around 2 km. The village offers local shops, cafés and restaurants, while nearby Sorrento provides a lively historic centre, a marina and connections for exploring the Bay of Naples. Other popular destinations include Massa Lubrense, Marina del Cantone, Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, Capri and Pompeii. Journey times depend on traffic, road conditions and the chosen route, particularly during the summer season.
