There is a 40 lb weight limit for dogs. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chow, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, Akita, Wolf hybrids, Cane Corso, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Huskies, American Bulldogs, Mini Bullies, and Belgian Malinois. This includes mixes of these breeds as well.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

A Little Getaway

I really loved how convenient it was to the beach & everything else! It was a bit outdated (I haven’t seen a dvd player in forever lol). But overall it was a great place to stay and we could walk to some attractions and restaurants

Four night stay shortened to one night

My mom and I stayed here with our puppy (4 mo old). I do want to disclose I don’t have pictures as we were trying to make the best of our stay. Here were our concerns: - kitchen area visibly dirty (microwave with dried food, smell, refrigerator visibly dirty on outside and inside, etc) upon entering. We cleaned it vigorously after check in trying to make the best of it. - place is worn and dared. Needs a refresh badly - pain peeling, balcony floor very worn, paint chipped. - beds very firm and uncomfortable (But this is just my opinion) What finally made us change was our puppy. The pet area is indoor/outdoor plastic-type carpet in the garage. While great in theory, our dog is too smart and refused to go on something she perceived as non-grass. There is no grass around the hotel that you are allowed to take your pet on. We ended up driving a couple blocks away to Walmart throughout the night. When we reached out to the management company, we were told there was nothing they could do that night and we would get a call the next day from management. Also stopped by the front desk who said to come talk to management in the morning. No one ever called me to speak with me about my concerns (that day or after). as the front desk reassured me we DID get a partial refund (we still paid a lot more than the 1 night we actually stayed there which was implied. Summary - stay with caution

Perfect for a weekend getaway!

My husband and I loved the property. It was reasonably priced and was right on the beach which was fantastic and super convenient. The property was very clean just as the photos said it would be! Great location - very central to restaurants, mini golf facilities and much more! We would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed here many times over the years. The pet fees are reasonable, the hotel is very welcoming to pets. It was noticeable that VACASA has refreshened the property a bit. Cleanliness is also a new priority and it was noticed. Great place to take your pets to enjoy MB.

Where do I begin?

The check in progress was easy and fairly organized. As soon as I walked into my room I noticed a larhe puddle of water on the floor, underneath of the air conditioning. This was inside of the room. I then checked the balcony and as i suspected a large amount of water on the outside too. I cleaned up the mess and informed the front desk. They were more than willing to send maintenance to the room, but on vacation I did not want my family to be bothered with the aggravation of a stranger in my room with my family, making repairs to equipment that was not mine. Its a vacation. The lights in the room only partially worked. Some due to blown bulbs others just glashed like a strobe light for the first 3 minutes of being on. The shower was used once within the 5 days of staying there due to the shower not draining properly. I literally had to use a dirty plunger every 20 minutes to get it to drain and it still took over 7 hours to drain a tub that was not even a quarter full. My children were told to get out of the pool due to it closing on Thursday night at 10:51. All postings advertised closing at 11. The security man named Rocco, was not even nice about it either. Nine minutes to children while on vacation having fun is a big deal, especially when the person telling them to get out of the pool is not even nice about it. Parking was very convenient, when I could fine a space. The parking was very limited and hard to find.

Ocean Park nice

This was late 3rd yesterday there and as always the room was CLEAN, that's important. Everyone you round into staff wise is always friendly and helpful. Don't use the pools but they are well maintained and clean. There's an ocean there!

Roach Infested Degraded Property

Never again. The elevators smell terribly. The room was unclean. I just knew when we parked that this was a grand mistake. The fees we paid would have come out to a better stay at the actual hotel close by. We woke up to roaches scattering about then creeping back into the walls through missing molding sections. Terrible. Money down the drain. Employees were all kind. Only positive besides being beachside. We had to throw all of our food away and other items so not to take roaches back home with us. I woke up with such a bad body rash days in a row from the bedding. The front desk lady felt so bad she actually offered to comp the booking fee which was all she could do at that time. Spend the few extra bucks for peace of mind. This is a trashy property all together. You have to walk to dump your own trash bags in a disgusting hallway. The ancient AC unit blew molded air to the point we both got very sick even now back home. If you don’t mind roaches, mold smells, rotten walls, smelly elevators - go for bit. I work too hard to ever stay at this type of place again.

Pet-friendly was extremely important and location was oceanfront; balcony & pools were nice. Elevators (2) were terrible - both ended up beng repaired. Refrigerator needed to be replaced. No late checkout without being charged. Pet fee charged - advertising indicated it was included for first dog.

Room with a VIEW

I loved the staff....Christine was especially helpful. Everyone working there was so nice and welcoming. We stayed for a week and spent most of our time on the complex. It was a very enjoyable vacation....relaxing with a clean, well equipped room. And VIEW to die for. We're definitely coming back. Thanks!
