With everything you need (and more!) enjoy days of fun in the sun at the Carolinian Beach Resort! Guests will have access to great amenities inside the condo as well as everything the resort has to offer.

Your reservation includes buffet breakfast for two guests at Magnolia’s at 26th. Tickets are valid only on the date issued. ***Extra breakfasts are available for $10 + tax*** just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will enjoy free Blockbuster rentals during your stay. Also check out the Snack Shack located on the 1st floor of the registration building.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.

Decent place to stay for the price

I enjoyed the location, we had an ocean front view. Wifi was good. What I did not like: It smells moldy in there. It was also humid in side the building like old air was trapped. so it took a while for us to feel comfy inside. The building feels old and humid. The furniture scratched up and old. The TV, super old. There needs to be upgrades inside the home. So bring a device that you can hook up to watch netflix. Thank goodness i brought my ps5. The home was clean. Bathroom big and comfy. One of our beds was broken like it leaned when we slept on it lol

We loved it all! The location, the staff, our view, our condo, the pool, the small area for really Just adults would appreciate. The pool lounge chairs, the inside pool, where kids seems to congregate! We don’t have little ones anymore, they are grown adults and it was nice we have areas were would could lay out, read our books and relax. Every time we were in a space with the folks that worked there, they were friendly and hold the elevators for us. It felt so homey to us. Now, we went in October, so kids more families weren’t there. More people our age, which was great. Restaurants were walkable, only a short 20 min walk to boardwalk.

For the most part, the stay was pleasant. There were a few things with the room that could use some attention. I think the photos of the room didn’t quite compare to what I seen. Although not real bad, it is misleading and it wasn’t quite what I expected

Great value

Condo was clean and ocean front. Decor leaves a little to be desired. We knew the parking garage was across the street and a block back. We are an older couple so this was a little harder on us than we thought it might be. For younger folks it's fine. Would be nice to have a few handicap places by the building. The included breakfast at the Magnolia at 26th was really great. Pleanty of choices and food was very good. It is served cafeteria style but all yiu can eat. I personally prefer this to a serve yourself buffet. Check in and check out were a breeze. All in all great value for.the money

Extra bedding

Had 6 people staying in this unit and didn’t have the extra bedding for the pullout bed. Had to call front desk and they were real nice about it. Had to wait until about 1130 when an extra person came to watch the front desk so they can go find some. But we got everything we needed.

Great hotel, but….

The hotel was great, employees were great. The only negative thing was the sofa bed. It was horrible to sleep on. It would have been better to just sleep on the floor

Met Expectations

Overall this unit met our needs during our stay. The only complaint would be that if you wanted to watch TV, you had to watch it in the bedroom as most of the channels on the TV in the main living area would not work.

Worth every penny!

Just ok for a beachfront condo

Location was great, free buffet breakfast at Magnolia’s was a plus. Outdoor pool was ok. Could have been cleaner. The “indoor” pool and lazy river was gross. Very uninviting and extremely cloudy. The condo literally smelled like cat pee and was very outdated. The couch was wet and was very old. You could see specs of mold that blotched the ceiling that was covered up by paint. It could have been cleaned way better than it was. We made the best out of it, but next time we will be putting our money elsewhere for something more inviting and comfortable.
