* Great location less then 5 min walk to the beach

*all that in the center of Myrtle Beach! Located close to Ocean Blvd., close to all main attractions, restaurants and bars! beautiful ocean and Family kingdom view!



The Space:

*2 bedrooms

* 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 sleeper sofa in living room

*fully equipped kitchen with all basics

*hair dryer and iron for your convenience

*it’s a pleasant and cozy place, very comfortable and best spot in the center of MB!



Guest Access:

*Pool access with Green pool key only (green pool key must be returned to apartment)

* Free parking with parking pass only (Parking Pass will wait for you in the apartment on the table).

*NO mailbox for this location. Host is not responsible for any mail or packages delivery.

*Washer and dryer available in the apartment.



Other Things to Note:

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

Owner was awesome! Responded very quickly to any messages I sent and was very personable. Bathrooms and kitchen could use some updating, especially the fixtures. Otherwise, everything was great! Location was awesome! Building and pool were in great condition. Proximity to the beach, restaurants, amusement park were fantastic! Would definitely stay again!

Holiday in towers stay

The place was in a good location, Right where we could get to all the places we needed to get to every thing was in walking distance. The only thing I can say it was not bad but the pictures didn't speak well of the place after we got there. We would come again.

The place was nice and clean. I liked that both bedrooms had bathrooms and that there was an extra bed in the living room. the balcony had a nice view of the pool. The hot tub was amazing as well. I would definitely come back to this place.

I have stayed at Holiday Towers before and it was awesome. This time we had a different condo. It was not a good experience. When I booked the room I told them for 5. There were only 2 sets of sheets for the bed, none for the fifth person. There was dried syrup on the table in the dining area. We had to sweep the floors, clean the kitchen and bathroom sinks and tubs before using. The refrigerator leaked wster.

This review does not reflect the reality of your stay. You were provided with two full sets of sheets for the beds, and once you notified me about needing additional linens for the fifth guest, I immediately sent the cleaning staff to deliver them. No cleaning concerns were raised during your stay, and had they been mentioned, I would have addressed them promptly. As for the refrigerator, I was only informed of a leak at 8:35 PM the night before checkout—far too late to investigate or resolve the issue during your stay. I communicate clearly and respond quickly when guests reach out. It's important that reviews reflect actual communication and timelines so future guests can make informed decisions.

Close to the beach!

This property was a great spot for my friend and I to have a weekend beach getaway. The beach is literally a 5 minute (max) walk away. The pool was great as well. Check in was seamless and instructions were clear. The AC definitely held up against the summer heat. Beds were comfortable and we had a great time.

Location great. Exterior well kept. Hot tub not heated. Bathrooms old and not pristine. All baseboards with layers of dust as were bedroom ceiling fans. I left it cleaner than when we arrived.

Over nice, but the hot water would turn cold one a single shower. Refrigerator door had to be pushed in at bottom to seal. But still nice. Thanks for sharing. PS maybe a heads up on the one parking space, security said they would tow others, we had two vehicles from different states for the stay.

I don't know what to say

Okay, let me say the property in itself isn't bad. Sure the bathrooms could use some updating but the beds were extremely comfortable and it was a very close walk to the beach. However, the area was less than desirable. It seemed to be in a rough area of town, although not one person gave us an issue or made us feel uncomfortable. We should have done our research before booking b/c we just so happened to book while a bike rally was going on, so it was loud! but overall it wasn't a bad stay.

I wouldn’t classify the place as a condo.

Let’s just say it was a 5 stars hotel tag in the ghetto. The smell of weed, it was so strong. Went I try getting my money, the Property manager send me to call Vrbo, Vrbo send me to my insurance and NO ONE FIX IT THE ISSUE FOR ME. I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE OR THE PLATFORM.

Worse Stay!!!

I’ve used this exact unit last year without any issues. Day of check-in, I received an email stating the check-in process along with instructions to report immediately if bugs were found. We checked in 4 hours after the check-in time. Sent email stating that everything was great. Hours later, we see that the pull out bed linen was not changed. I changed the sheets and went to bed. Only to be awaken by one of my children staying that bugs were in the kitchen. The kitchen and bathrooms were INFESTED with roaches. Reached out to her explaining the events that had happen and asked if she had anymore units bc I did not feel comfortable along with not wanting to take any bugs home when we left. She stated that she did not and that she would send someone to spray. She did not offer to do anything else. I had to go out and buy plastic bags with zippers so that the bugs would not get into our luggage or food items. I understand that people do come and go and bring things with them when they come but for what I paid for the 7 days stay, something else should have been done to accommodate me and my family. I do not recommend anyone staying here until her pest problem is eliminated. I feel as though she knew about them being there due to it being in the email that was sent. Last year, her welcome email didn’t have anything listed about any pest. I’m pretty sure I’m not the only person that has complained about this. Bathroom shower curtain also had mildew and needs to be replaced.
