Fun and relaxed Getaway

We love this property. It is very clean and direct view of ocean added more beauty to this property. It is very conveniently located and walkable distance to many restaurants and bars. Parking is good and walkable distance to the property. Check in was a breeze and I definitely recommend.

Central MB Stay

The photos in the on-line listing very accurate. Until was clean & good view. During the stay, the property staff (Carolinian) were friendly and kept the common areas clean. Will keep this condo on my list for future stays.

We stayed here for a baseball tournament. Resort was subpar. Condo could use a deep cleaning. Sliding door needs to be replaced. Condo beds were comfortable. Clean refrigerator. Washer and dryer was convenient. Located in quiet area of resort. No bugs.

Pleasant Experience

The rental was clean, newly remodeled and as expected based on the listing. We enjoyed the location of the building with a short drive to Broadway. The pools were nice with shaded options for when the sun became overwhelming. Overall great experience.

Wonderful family place

The condo was great. Elliot Rentals made it so easy. Was clean and convenient. We loved it! Only complaint was the coffee maker. It didn’t work properly at all. Great value

Excellent property

I loved my stay at the condo .. everything was clean and very spacious . Felt very safe there . But I Would recommend giving the code to the elevator tower with directions as to which elevator to use because I went to the wrong one at first as well as a code for the parking garage because I didn’t have one and had to wait for a man to let me in to park for my stay . But enjoyed my stay and relaxed the whole time

Property is nice, having to figure out where to dump trash is confusing and also the fact that an iron is not provided in the rental is an inconvenience. Had buy one.

August vacation

We enjoyed our stay here. Good location and the condo was nice. My only complaints are that the laundry door was not installed properly so we couldn’t get the door open. The other is that there was a lot of sand on the balcony. Otherwise the place was clean and comfortable. One thing to know about this location is that helicopters fly by from about 10am to 7:30pm. These are helicopter tours. We got used to it after a few days and it’s not loud inside just annoying when sitting on the balcony.

Location is great & uses access codes keeping the building safe. We enjoyed walking to Starbucks, Ben & Jerry’s, annual ‘Run to the Sun’ classic car show and several great restaurants! And, of course, the ocean front balcony and walking on the beach. Unfortunately, the hot tub was under reconstruction during our entire 3 month stay (hopefully this will be reopened soon) plus we were disappointed that this unit’s sliding glass door has failed, which caused a fog between the glass and distorted the view from inside most of the day/night. This was reported to the office, so hoping it will be resolved for future guests. I can highly recommend Elliot RE and their responses to unexpected repairs needed, extra towels, etc. This was our 3rd year using Elliot & have reserved a 2 bedroom unit for our 2026 stay so we can invite our adult children to come visit.
