The big draw to this property is how overly pet friendly it is! Some say it even caters more to dogs than to people. Onsite services include FURlogy Paw Spa & Retreat offering dog-sitting and grooming services. We also have a great pool area and sundeck for guests to enjoy.

Our guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation, and additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. THINGS TO KNOW
There is a 40 lb weight limit for dogs. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chow, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, Akita, Wolf hybrids, Cane Corso, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Huskies, American Bulldogs, Mini Bullies, and Belgian Malinois. This includes mixes of these breeds as well.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Exactly as described.

Great place and great staff for the money. Pools, hot tubs, and beach are well kept as are the rooms. It is a dated property but the way it is kept makes it a great spot. Very centrally located as well. Will be back and get the same room. Could use a new mattress.

Awesome Stay!

The view was exceptional and the room was super clean when we arrived. The access to the beach was incredible and so easy. It was literally a step away. I could easily decide from the hotel pool to the beach no mere feet away. The unfortunate part was the wifi access. We had to attach ourselves to a nearby room as they only came back to us (customer service) the day after the request for our room. However, every restaurant and activities were literally down the strip. It was close to the hotel that we could have easily walk back and forth. I would definitely return again.

Almost Perfect

I loved my stay here, it was the nights that were rough. First all the good things, the location, view, amenities, parking, layout, pricing, beach and pool were wonderful. The cons, there was a funky musty odor, we eventually got used to it, but I wouldn't hang my clothes in the closet. There were no pool towels or beach chairs. (Plenty of loungers around the pools, but none on the beach). The main reason this place did not get 5 stars was the bed. It was awful, the dip in the middle was like a pond. You literally roll downhill into the pit in the middle. A new bed, a good deep clean and pool towels and this place gets 5 stars.

You get what you pay for

The good: It was cost effective and pet friendly. The view was lovely. The bad: The bed frame collapsed our first night there. We contacted the rental company who said they would have someone reach out to us to repair, however no one ever contacted us. The air conditioner was very loud. Only half the jets worked on the outside hot tub and the indoor hot tub's cleanliness was suspect. Overall the resort is old and not very well maintained.

beautiful, quiet location

I loved the view as soon as I walked into the room, and the room was very, very nice and clean. Also the kitchenette was awesome to have. The beach access was a plus for my pup Bo and we've never walked so much and spent that much time outside in a long time. I certainly will be staying there again whenever I take a vacation or a few days. Thanks for the awesome service.

Great for pups!

We loved our stay, but we did see a roach in the swimming area and one in our room the day before our checkout. The toilet wasn't cleaned upon arrival. Other than that we loved how pet friendly it was. Our dog loved the beach! We loved the beach access, pool, and view from the room. The kitchen was very convenient as well.

Overall property rating B-. Room not to great. Sliding door hard to close, left a gap when closed. One of the worst beds we have ever sleep in. Entrance door in room next to us would slam shut and shake the walls.

We will be back!

Everything was wonderful. I loved the view and all the pillows! I surrounded myself in pillows and slept like a baby. The pool and hot tub was so nice. The staff made us feel right at home and everyone was so nice. I highly recommend!

Overall I think I would stay again

The room was lovely very spacious,staff was very friendly but I did have to kill a roach in the bathroom and I saw some at the indoor pool area however the hotel is quite clean.Also someone vomited in the outdoor jacuzzi I alerted staff around 1pm & they closed it immediately stating they were going to drain it.From the indoor jacuzzi I watched maintenance cut it off and use a skimmer to remove the vomit.Most,if not all the rooms have a view of the outdoor jacuzzi from the balcony it was never drained or cleaned it just remaind off until around 8 or 9 when a guest turned it back on.

Everything was wonderful! The cleanliness of the entire facility was excellent!!! The staff we came into contact with was very friendly!! Location was perfect !!! The online pics were spot on. It was wonderful to take our lil dog with us!!! Thank you for such a relaxing getaway!!!

Nice getaway

We loved the quick beach access and the overall cleanliness of the room. AC unit could use an upgrade as it was very noisy both in the room, and on the balcony drowning out the beautiful ocean sounds.

The room was comfortable. We picked the hotel due to lack of kids water amenities. But there were also zero adult amenities. Would have been nice for a lounge area, bar, some sort of entertainment.
