The big draw to this property is how overly pet friendly it is! Some say it even caters more to dogs than to people. Onsite services include FURology Paw Spa & Retreat offering dog-sitting and grooming services. We also have a great pool area and sundeck for guests to enjoy.

There is a 40 lb weight limit for dogs. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chow, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, Akita, Wolf hybrids, Cane Corso, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Huskies, American Bulldogs, Mini Bullies, and Belgian Malinois. This includes mixes of these breeds as well.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Anniversary Trip

The room was not very clean. Before we could get comfortable, I had to sweep the floors and wipe down all surfaces, including the kitchen. The bathroom looked as if it was wiped down with a hairy towel. (Hair was every where...not a fan). I prefer to not have to clean when i arrive to our destination. Please start holding the cleaning crews accountable.

Dirty room

When we entered the room the TV was blasting, no air turned on. The bathtub had a black scum ring , two wash rags had holes in them, NO ROOM CLEANING SERVICE. I had to go get my own clean linens and towels, I could of stayed home and do that every day. But staff were very friendly helpful. No internet in our room we were told someone stole the router.

Great weekend getaway

Awesome ocean view.. a little far from the strip but close enough to walk to Walmart and a few other places. Hotel was good. Only problem we had was the toilet didn’t want to flush. Other than that it was a great stay and would stay again. Thank you!

Would NOT stay again, View was the only good thing.

We wanted to take a mini vacation to our favorite beach. We try to drive down at-least once in the summer from MD. When we arrived we were greeted by a lovely and helpful women. The horror started when we got to the room. Typically I am not one to complain but I feel like I should since I used the reviews on this property to book it. The waits for the elevators were long and if they didn’t smell like pee they smelled like bleach. The door to our room had a 1/2 inch gap which was concerning. During our stay many take out places would slide menus through the gap in the door and since it was so large they would end up on the floor. After our long drive down we all decided we wanted a shower before heading out to dinner. Each towel in the bathroom at little black particles on them or a light orange film. Also while unpacking I noticed large dirt stains on one of the sheets. The floor felt oiled but dirty. The shower head was high pressure not a huge deal but was also not made for adults. I am about 5’7 and it only came to my shoulders. Each shower we had to crouch or bend over. We headed to dinner and when VRBO contacted me about the check in I explained the concerns with the door, the towels, and the sheets. They told me they contacted the property manager and they would fix it. Luckily we brought pillows and light blankets because we had to sleep on top of the “new” beds. The property did not contact me until 1pm the following day and were not pleasant on the phone. They asked if we were in the room for someone to come change the sheets because we “put a ticket in with VRBO”. I explained we were out at the moment and she asked if someone could go in. I was concerned but I said okay. That was all that was said to us during our entire stay. We headed back to the room to find they did not change the sheets just left us a bag full on clean sheets and towels. I was never told they wouldn’t be put on the bed or what to do when we returned.So I put the new sheets on the beds and was so relieved that I did ask for new ones because the sheets under the blankets were also noticeably dirty. It is all hard wood so I swept the floor pretty often. The dust pan was all most impossible to get anything up with which made this difficult. While sweeping the second night my concerns about the rooms not being cleaned properly were 100% confirmed.There was a paper bowl under the A/C filled with dog food. Pools were dirty (trash and hairs) and neither spa worked.

Great view…not so great room

The view from the balcony was beautiful. The building is on oceanfront property - sand and sea as far as you can see. The room was not great. Possibly because we stayed in a pet friendly room. Pictures of the rooms is not what you should expect.

Never Again

This place is dirty from the lobby to the rooms! I have never experienced a dirtier room in a hotel . The place was run down and filthy. Showers don’t drain . Floors dirty it appears the rooms are never maintained or cleaned . I went immediately to the store to buy cleaning products and sanitized the entire room . Don’t stay unless you want to over pay for a dump

This place is nasty, my grandson sliced his foot open on a sharpe edge in the indoor pool. Pool is just nasty trash everywhere. Halls aren't clean it smells awful. Not enough towels only two sets of towels we had 4 people. No broom or mop had to buy one. Doors are always opened not locked after 10PM. No parking at hotel it 2 blocks over in a run down garage not save for anyone to park in. Seeing drug deals go there in the parking garage. Not happy at all. Last straw was my grandson getting hurt.

I enjoyed my stay

I stayed at the hotel for 4 days and I enjoyed my stay. If you get a chance go to broadway on the beach. I liked it way better than the main boardwalk . Parking was free there when I went but not by the main board walk. Parking can be pricey. Anyways this place is very pet friendly and my dog also enjoyed his stay also. I was able to bring my dog onto the beach at the resort anytime and anywhere on beach after 5 pm. The staff was very nice and will answer any questions without a problem and the room was nice and the hotel is at a reasonable price also. The location is okay . Places are a walk but I rented a golf cart and I loved it and I was able to bring my dog on the golf cart. But warning do not drive the golf cart as soon as it turns dark . The one thing I didn’t like is the doggy area. It’s a green turf area where you can bring the dogs to go potty and my dog wouldn’t go on it and to me it smelled but I saw other dogs didn’t have problem and some people didn’t mind it . There was not that much grassy areas in this location. And a lot of cigarette buds outside the resort on sidewalk . It’s not the resort fault. It’s everywhere. I smoke and I make sure I throw it away in trash. The beach is very clean though. To conclude.. I would come to this resort.
