There is a 40 lb weight limit for dogs. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chow, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, Akita, Wolf hybrids, Cane Corso, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Huskies, American Bulldogs, Mini Bullies, and Belgian Malinois. This includes mixes of these breeds as well.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Everything Promised and More!

I don't think there's anything better than waking up, heading out to the balcony, and watching the Atlantic waves. Fabulous stay! Indoor pool. Pet friendly to a fault! They even have a doggie beach exit! Immaculate room; attentive and friendly staff. AND no sticker shock from fees!! Could not rave more about this location!

Unfortunate Experience

After a 10 hour drive, my family arrived at the room to see it was nothing like the pictures. White dust falling from the ceiling, what appeared to be blood and feces stains on the sheets, a dirty shower, and silverware on the floor. The place didn’t look clean at all and had a musty smell. The AC did not help to take the dampness out of the room or cool it down and for some reason, someone kept jiggling our door handle. It was quite a shock and after speaking to staff, we got new sheets (that were also stained) and were forced to stay one night (because of how late it was) before finding a place elsewhere. Although I’ve been in contact with the company and they assured me I would hear from the property manager, I still have yet to hear from them. Would not recommend this place (or at least this unit!) for its extreme lack of cleanliness and frankly lack of safety… Don’t worry, we took pics at least!

Pleasantly suprised super pet friendly

Let me just say I could not find one thing wrong. Extremely pet friendly. All staff accomadating. My pooch got his nails cut and filed downstairs at the pet salon. They even sent us a photoshoot picture the next morning.

A serious flaw with the room. It needs urgent repair.

Dye on the ceiling is decomposing. So it falls like snow on all your items and the floor. I left my black t-short on a bed and it was covered by multiple white flakes in 10 minutes! It's very unhealthy environment. Stay away from the room.

Good enough but not great

The view. Close to elevator. Shower head with multiple settings. Hot water works. Fridge works. Everything works as needed in room. Brown stuff (hopefully not poop) onnthe bathroom door. Old room. Sheets were clean. Not sure about bottom layers of sheets. Floor was dirty. Ac nice and cold. Just needs some tlc but overall was okay.

Can’t beat the view!

Property offers a lot for your money. Loved the indoor and outdoor pools, sauna and free DVD rentals. Direct ocean access. All rooms are ocean facing. Staff was courteous and helpful. The property itself is dated but that didn’t stop us from having a very relaxing time.

Gorgeous view, big, clean, room.

Everything was great! The only concern i had was that there were only two elevators and most of the time we were there, only 1 elevator was working and someone got stuck in it! But the room was beautiful. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and everyone was super friendly. For a place that allows small dogs, please put areas around for our dogs to go pee! There was no grass in sight!

Great deal

Everything was exactly as pictured on the site. The room was clean. The furniture was up to date. There were dishes to use and the fridge and stove worked well. Pool was clean and facility was overall well kept. Laundry worked well too. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

This review is limited because of Hoyer lift needs

My husband is quadrapalegic and requires the use of a lift to transfer into and out of bed. When I booked the efficiency, I was told the bed foundations were not boxed in. I ask to speak with the resort directly, but was assured any questions could be answered by reservation agent. I called the day before check in and was again told base of beds were not boxed in, so I loaded the Hoyer Lift. After check-in, I saw that beds were indeed boxed in and the Hoyer Lift could not be used. My husband's power chair had to be laid flat as possible and I had to roll him into the bed, then used a slider sheet and turn pad to tug and pull him into position for sleep. It also wasn't possible to get several pillows under his head and shoulders so he could sleep slightly elevated. Getting him out of the bed was equally difficult, and he was sore and had brusing in some ares from wheelchair contact. I would NEVER have booked this room had I known beds were boxed in. Also, the resort doesn't have wheelchair access to beach. The location is great, it is pet friendly, and the view was wonderful.

Very nice location and pricing

We had a ocean from view room 6th floor. We could have not asked for a better view. The room was great clean and everything worked as it should. I see people posting bad reviews but I think those are the upper class that think it should be a mansion LOL. Anyway it’s older building but kept up. The staff were very nice and polite even the maintained team was great on top of cleaning the pools and building. I will be a return customer in the future.

Needs Remodeling

The location of the “resort” was great, especially the proximity of the beach (literally outside of the back door). The fact that all of the rooms faced the beach was also nice. But it REALLY needs to be remolded because everything from the paint on the walls, carpet and lighting made it look more like a motel than a resort.

Okay stay

Definitely needs updated and better cleaning. The ice maker and phone did not work. Unidentifiable stains and spots on surfaces. The view is beautiful and the beds are comfortable.

Friendly front desk staff, terrible room and property

The staff at the front desk were very friendly, unfortunately that’s all I can say that’s positive. Our room was very dirty with dishes in the refrigerator, hair all over the bathroom, and used q-tips on the floor. The entire property is run down. Only one elevator worked my entire stay. No matter where we went the hotel smelled strongly of pot. Oh and the room phone didn’t work. It was a terrible experience.

Not what I originally saw at booking

The originally booking listed 2 bdrom, which is the reason for reserving through vrbo. We get to the room, one small studio, extremely small. Not what I saw when I initially booked the room. Then when I went back to confirm, they didn't none of the pics I originally saw of the room.
