With an unbeatable oceanfront location and multiple resort amenities, you'll never want to leave! Small but practical, let this be your place to rest your feet after days and days of fun.

Your reservation includes buffet breakfast for two guests at Magnolia’s at 26th. Tickets are valid only on the date issued. ***Extra breakfasts are available for $10 + tax*** just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will enjoy free Blockbuster rentals during your stay. Also check out the Snack Shack located on the 1st floor of the registration building.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.

Weekend away

It was not posh hotel room if that is what you’re looking for. It had a few problems with our stay, but nothing that we couldn’t see past for the weekend. It was just my husband & I. If it’s a family probably not the room for you. We were out more than we were in the room, so the issues we had were tolerable.

Not as advertised

Pictures are deceiving. When arriving to the room it was not clean. We had to sweep and wipe down counters etc. Lamps in room all had rust and finger prints/dirt on the lamp shades. We had to ask for new pillows and pillowcases because the ones in the room had stains on them. The sliding door to the balcony was not on track. The bathtub had rust and stains all over it and the shower knob was broke. The only good thing about the room was the view. I contacted Vacasa about the issues and they seemed like they would address the problems. That did not happen. The location is nice and the breakfast place across the street was wonderful. I would not stay in this room again.

Many things were not good. Shower head and faucet didn’t work properly. Staff was unfriendly and not will to help. Many other issues but don’t feel like listing them all

Great location

The view of the ocean and beach was great. My only issue with this condo was getting the door unlocked. Repeatedly the code would turn red right in the middle of entering the 9 numbers. Sometimes it took about 5 plus minutes to get it open, when I knew I entered it correctly. Frustrating.

Great amenities & location, poor check-in procedures.

It took me 3X to check-in. I was told there was a cleaning staff shortage and to come back, but filled out my registration paperwork prior to leaving so all we needed were the room keys. I came back twice to a long line of people trying to check in. Never got a text to tell me my room was ready! Just a lot of wasted time in long lines. I would have expected that customers returning for their room keys could come to the front of the line. Finally, got our keys at 5:30 pm and was informed the property does not do “late checkouts” so don’t ask. However, you do force guests to accept late checkins? Other than that, room was mostly clean (some fixtures rusty and dusty), but the view was amazing! And the free breakfast and free mini golf amenities were wonderful. I am honestly conflicted on whether I would stay again.

Ok Stay

The room was nice, loved how close we were to the beach. It was a nice facility however the room smelled musty and moldy. I had to ask for linens twice, the first time I asked I waited over 24hrs and nothing was delivered so I called again. I would rent again for the convenience but probably a different room due to moldy smell.

Great location, friendly staff

The location of this resort is wonderful, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The property could use some TLC in common areas. The unit itself needs work - there was mold on walls, ceilings and an upholstered chair. The sliding glass door to the balcony barely worked and needs to be replaced. It was clean other than the mold.

Nice for a quick trip

Decent stay, room in fair condition, however balcony door lock broken, end table lamp rusty, and upholstered chair stained or moldy. Greatest frustration was our inability to get more towels during a 3 night stay for 4 people. Front desk sent us back to our room, said they would be brought up: never received. Next day, tried again and called front desk; again never received. Can’t beat the location; step out of the pool gates and you’re on the beach!

great view but needs updates

The location is very good; the view and beach are fantastic. The unit is a bit dated, and the facility was not as clean as it should be (the hallway was not vacuumed the entire time we were there, and the stairwell was never swept). The rooms were not cleaned because of Covid, but it felt like an excuse to not clean. We had to call daily for towels and had to request a broom and dustpan (because who can be on the beach with 2 kids and not get sand on the floor). We had a great vacation, but would not stay here again.

Beautiful View

Room was nice and comfortable. Sliding door to balcony was a little hard to open at times, but worked. All together, we were satisfied with our stay and we would definitely stay here again. The location and view were great!

Perfect location for us

We stayed in 207, the room size is a little smaller than average, but adequate. We loved the restaurant across the street that serves food cafeteria style, breakfast comes with your stay. The food was really good too. We’ll be dining there again for sure. Overall it was a nice trip.

Great time

This was my first time here and i loved it. The pools and hot tub were amazing. I like that i can just walk right on the beach. The complimentary breakfast is delicious. Great for anyone☺️
