THINGS TO KNOW
There is a 40 lb weight limit for dogs. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chow, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, Akita, Wolf hybrids, Cane Corso, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Huskies, American Bulldogs, Mini Bullies, and Belgian Malinois. This includes mixes of these breeds as well.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

We enjoyed our stay, the staff was very attentive, the room as expected, this place was super pet friendly. Nice location, good heated pool, an indoor and outdoor hottub, good beach access, good parking.

Great for the price

Loved the option for indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs. Close to the beach, I would definitely stay again. No problems at all.

Rooms are hard to get into and it was absolutely ridiculous!!!!

The place was nice and close to shops and restaurants. The main complaint we had was they give you a 10 DIGIT NUMBER to get into your room! It’s absolutely ridiculous!! We we first arrived, we had to wait in the scorching hallway over 30 minutes for someone to come let us in! My 80 year old mom and dad would have never been able to get in if I had not been with them. For this reason we will not be returning to this resort.

Last minute family trip

Had a family emergency and needed a affordable place to lay our heads, place was clean, staff friendly. Not the most luxurious ocean front hotel, but fully functional and economical. Beach views were very nice, indoor pool could use a good once over. But overall satisfactory stay.

Nice winter getaway

This room does offer a great view of the beach. Being on the 3rd floor the view is nice and low. For the price this option was good. The room is well kept but a bit spartan. Wifi, though connected to the adjacent room was good and reasonably fast. The room and beds were comfortable. When the people in the room below started smoking pot on the balcony I called the front desk to complain. I am not sure what they did, but it did stop. As for the venue in general. Parking is limited and difficult like most beachfront hotels. The indoor pool area needs updating but the other areas were reasonably nice. The indoor pool can use some updated lighting. The grounds were clean and well maintained. Overall it was a good stay and we plan on repeating next Feb.

Unpleasant

First appearance was decent. Despite pictures not totally matching the room, it was a doable stay, so we thought. Mildew in the corners where the ceiling meets the wall. Bathroom door was hard to open past half way. Once we got settled in is when everything started to change. Roaches and fleas started coming out. We left early due to them. We could not take it any longer and hoping we didn’t bring any back home with us. Would not reccomend to any of my friends or family.

The air conditioner was horrible

We contacted maintenance and he came up with a blow dryer to get all the frost off the old unit. It took about 2 hours for that. The room never got cooler than about 78...we were told all the units were the same. We had to buy 2 fans just to be able to sleep comfortably. Management was suppose to reach out to us in the morning, but never did. I realized that I had to suck it up for 4 days. Would never stay again

Needs some updating and cleaning

When we got into our room there was a very strong odor of the cleaning solution used. It was so strong that it agitated our eyes to the point we had to open the doors to get a breeze to come through to air it out. The floor was sticky to the touch as if the solution used had not been diluted with water. When I received a text asking how our room was, I had indicated the above and they thanked us for the feedback and no explanation given. We then started to get ready for bed and a large cockroach came running out of the bathroom. I took a picture and texted it to the number asking me how my room was. They responded by thanking us for sending it and they let the local nanager know. They then told us it was a palmetto bug (cockroach with a nicer name) and they are active this time of year. Unfortunately, we never heard from anyone and we then slept with the bathroom and kitchen lights on both nights which does not make for a comfortable sleep being so bright. There were always people going around cleaning the pool area etc. I just think the property needs to be updated and a proper cleaning.

Beautiful view

Loved the way our puppy was welcomed. Our room was clean though a bit dated. The bed was clean and comfy. A couple live roaches were found which is why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars.

Great, the rooms were clean and stocked. Staff very friendly and helpful. Our keys wouldn't work, the older gentleman was kind and quick to help. I didn't catch his name.

Stay at a Ocean Park

Staff was friendly, check in was easy. Room was okay - just as any hotel. Nothing to brag about. Smelled terrible in hall ways, wasn’t clean. Vending machines out of order. Someone puked in hot tub and they didn’t properly clean it. Should of looked at reviews before booking. Won’t rebook here.
