THINGS TO KNOW
There is a 40 lb weight limit for dogs. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chow, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, Akita, Wolf hybrids, Cane Corso, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Huskies, American Bulldogs, Mini Bullies, and Belgian Malinois. This includes mixes of these breeds as well.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Family vacation

Whenever I'm near the ocean I want an ocean view and this room delivered! I was clean, and a very convenient spot. Either a short walk or drive to all attractions. My family loved it!

Would definitely stay at this property again!

However, we would make sure that we stay in a room that has a bedroom and a sitting area. Also we will make sure the room and floor is clean before we do our survey. This property is very convenient to get to the beach, which we enjoyed a lot!

Good overall and what we expected. Could use some updating with furniture.

Location and pools. Room was nice. Loved seeing all the dogs as this hotel allows and caters to them. I saw treats behind the front desk.

Overall experience

Welcoming staff, the room itself was so clean and smelled very fresh. The bathroom/ shower completely clean, the beds are very comfortable. The view was everything, I recommend booking this room cause you will not be disappointed!! Reasonable price, and I will be back again.

The staff were all very polite and friendly. Our toilet was not working until 1045 pm on our first day. We were pretty upset . Unable to get any response regarding a refund for the day.

The best place and great staff.doggy spa..

The staff is great very helpful.. the rooms are clean and everyone is a very attentive to answer all my questions. And also the other reason we stay there because not just me and my wife like it there but my dog loves it there and the doggy spa furology spa the best spa and care every. The owners of furolugy spa.are very friendly. And my dog always is very happy and very clean they go Way beyond expectations the care for the animals.. we cannot wait to come back thank you great staff

A great place for family and pets

Just come back from Ocean Park resort today.. the staff is friendly very.. housekeeping excellent job.. very pet friendly very pet friendly my dog loves it there and I'm going back in February thank you all Ocean Park staff y'all are the best.. And I do love the new floor you're putting down at the gas center and the second floor and the first floor great choice thank you Ocean Park staff.. hot dog loves the pet friendly for ology the furology people are the best. Grooming service.

Mold and Sewer smell

When we arrived at the property parking and check in were very easy. However once we reached our room things went downhill quickly. The room smelled of mold and the floor was super sticky. We had trouble with getting hot water and even though the building is listed as non smoking even in the balconies we weren’t able to even enjoy our balcony view due to constant cigarette smell. On our second day we were getting ready and all the sudden there was a horrible sewer smell. We talked to the receptionist and they said one of our neighbors had a back up in their tub that was getting fixed. However over 5hrs later the smell was still there and not getting any better. We again talked to the staff and they offered no options so we ended up leaving early. Very disappointed in this whole ordeal

Was an excellent room with a fantastic view. Only issue was the TV needs to be replaced. Picture was had lines all through it. Furology was fantastic!!! They were great with our pup!! He looked awesome!!! All in all excellent place to stay and very reasonable priced!

You will get more than what you pay

Average stay.

This is a good pet friendly stay if your dog is under 40lbs. Although we were informed that they are considering a 20lb weight limit. The bathroom was a little cramped and the refrigerator didn’t get that cold, even after adjusting it. Overall a fine stay nothing considerably forest or terrible.

We would definitely stay here again!!!

My husband and I loved the room, the staff was very friendly and helpful. This is a pet-friendly place, so there are lots of pooches crossing paths, for those who aren't so into having lots of dogs around. There were lots of sirens in the area, alot of police presence... great in some ways and maybe not so much in other ways since alot of the police & fire dept. presence was showing up at the motel next door and across the street. Security wasn't a problem where we were and felt safe staying here. All in all, we give a huge thumbs up for Room 1112!!!
