This condo has a fantastic ocean view from the balcony, living room, and main bedroom! 4th FLOOR CORNER CONDO! Amazing Ocean Views! This condo has one of the best views in Sands Beach Club (in that it is on the corner). Great kitchen area for socializing. Located in EXCLUSIVE/PRIVATE Sands Beach Club (walking distance to Ocean Annies) on a LOW floor, this condo has great views of the ocean from the balcony. This condo has 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Twin and 1 Sleeper Sofa, Sleeps up to 7. Located in Myrtle Beach, SC in Sands Beach Club, this resort has it all! Equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, cooktop/oven, LCD TVs, and two private bathrooms are included in the beachfront condo. Heated pools and a private ocean balcony along with hot tubs! There is also a private gym and tennis court! FREE WIFI! We hope you enjoy this condo as much as we do!

Conveniently located and within walking distance of the Ocean Annies where you can enjoy live music by the beach and great atmosphere! A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away!

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Notice – Spectrum Internet Installation (Sept–Oct 2025):
Building-wide internet upgrades will take place from September 8, 2025, for about 4–6 weeks. Expect daytime drilling (8 am–6 pm), construction noise, and workers will access the units.

- All units must be serviced to ensure the proper treatment.
Pest control takes place on the first Saturday of each month.

Perfect for our needs

We booked this property when we had to make last minute decision to change plans when sharks were invading the gulf. We were so pleased and will be intentional about booking it again in the future!

Very enjoyable vacation

First time staying at this resort. The pool areas were very nice. Loved the swings. The elevators operated with good speed and no waiting The corner room was very well decorated and met all our needs and expectations, also seemed very private. The view was amazing.

Girls Getaway!

We travel down to the beach yearly and just love the location as my daughter likes to go out and surf with our local friends. We love to wake up and hear the waves crashing in! The property was just the right size for us.

Fabulous relaxation in a delightful location.

This condo was just perfect for relaxing. It is beautifully furnished and appointed. It has everything you need for a wonderful stay. The view from the balcony and the master bedroom window was continually surprising us with its beauty. This condo feels much more relaxing that a high rise! Don’t forget to go downstairs and swing on the porch swings and watch the ocean! 10/10 highly recommend.

Beautiful location

Nice end unit. Well equipped kitchen. Was very clean. Had a loose toilet seat and it was fixed within an hour. Had trouble with TV in smaller bedroom and they gave instructions immediately over the phone to fix it. Unit had all the comforts of home and was well decorated. Beautiful location. Really enjoyed seeing the dolphins swimming.

Great Condo

The view from the balcony is beautiful. Condo is very comfortable and clean. Has all you need for a great stay. Directly on the beach. Loved this area of the beach. Love that it was an end condo. Quiet. Super easy access to beach from building. Elevators are close. The only thing, the resort restaurant did not serve breakfast should you not want to cook. We will definitely book this condo again.

Spring break getaway with college granddaughter and 3 years old granddaughter.

The view was awesome!!! The beds slept well and the condo was pretty clean. Communication could have been better with management. The apartment was a bit cold because of the change in weather and the sliding glass door in the living room to the balcony was very hard to open, so we used the bedroom door to go to the balcony. Overall we had a lovely vacation because of the location. It was an awesome time!!!

The flooring and furniture are different from the pictures shown on the listing. There was an existing problem with a toilet and was charged 100 for repair and cleanup for the overflow. I have called the office several times and only get a voicemail and no returned calls. Julie was great at the rental process, but I can't address my concerns in conversation. Last time for Big Fish Rentals!

Great place for a vacation!

We truly enjoyed our stay, everything was clean and we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, right on the beach. Our view was amazing!

Nice but had issues

The property was nice. Unit was clean however there were some issues with our stay. We were not informed that the A/C would not be working due to Hurricane Ian. We spent over an hour trying to figure out why the A/C would not turn on. Thought it was due to the bedroom slider not closing properly. Struggled with jam something in the door to keep it closed since it would not do it on its own - very frustrating. Finally heard from another tenant the entire building was without A/C. We then discovered Tuesday AM that there was no hot water. Communicated with the property manager all day - she kept giving me directions on how to check multiple things - one caused the kitchen sink to leak. After several hours of her asking me to "maintenance" I finally said enough is enough - get someone out here. Someone came at 8pm that evening - we missed our dinner reservation and did not have hot water until 10:30pm that evening. The property manager never even checked back with us to make sure things were fixed properly. After this, we did have a nice time - unit was in fair condition - property location was great! I would stay here again but with a different agent / unit since the issue was not with the unit, but with the property management communication and resolution technique.

Great for young families

Our family had a wonderful time. We have a 1 year old and an 8 year old. The condo is right on the water which was perfect for easy nap times and hauling all the beach gear to and from. The resort is at the end of a long strip of hotel so the beach is far less crowded then going any further north or south and there is a lifeguard right out front. The pool is saltwater which we prefer over chlorine and never crowded. Having the indoor section was great for rainy days. The condo's kitchen was well stocked. And it was nice never having to deal with a front desk. Check in was effortless. The owner was super responsive to a question I had about finding the laundry facilities. Overall one of the best VRBO experiences I've had in a while.

Beachfront condo

The condo was exactly what we were looking for. Right on the beach, with the perfect view of the ocean. I would stay here again, however, the cleaning company could pay more attention to detail. We ran out of toilet paper and soap by the end of the week. Overall, great place!

We had a good time during our stay there. We were there during weekdays, so it was pretty quiet (which was great). The property was fairly clean and had good amenities. There was plenty of parking space. The rooms were nicely decorated and looked clean. The balcony was somewhat private, and there was easy access to the beach. The only things that could have been better: 1. Couches could use a deep cleaning. There was an unpleasant smell, so we had to cover them with blankets to minimize the smell. 2. The bed was too soft and our backs were pretty sore after waking up (probably time for a new mattress). 3. We found a sharp object on the floor next to a bed in one of the bedrooms (some kind of a big staple which we took a picture of). Other than those few minor things we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Thank you!

Wedding trip.

Overall nice property. Great views! Make sure you bring paper towels and napkins, it’s the little things…. Would definitely stay again.
