"Mangareva" is a 2 bedroom appartment located in the fully renovated residential community "Alamanda". The appartment is new, cosy, and offers a great sea view on the islands of green key, Tintamarre and Pinel.

The location:
In the middle of the little town of Orient Bay, wich is a gated and secured community, you'll be just a few steps to everything needed : a wide choice of fantastic beach restaurants, "Bistrots" and gastronomic restaurants for dinner, groceries and shops. Enjoy long walks on this magnificent and famous mile long beach, watersports activities, kite board, volley ball, beach tennis, etc... Or even go nude if you feel like it in the nudist portion of the beach!!

The appartment:
-Free access to the swimming pool of Alamanda property, direct access to the beach
-the appartment is on the first storey, view on the beach from the terrace, salon and kitchen. The kitchen is really well equiped with quality stuff
- two bedrooms upstairs, two queen beds, possibility to split one of the beds in two single beds in one of the bedrooms. Restrooms upstairs between the bedrooms.

Great location right on the beach! Bernard and Thibaut were excellent hosts. Plenty of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Highly recommend staying here!

The location was wonderful. It was great to be close to the pool, beach, a grocery store, and lots of restaurants. We had no reason to leave and loved checking out different restaurants and beach clubs. The rental had everything needed to enjoy our trip.

We loved our stay. Beautiful view of the ocean and the pool was perfect. A lot of restaurants nearby and the food was very good. The entertainment was great. Everyone was friendly. The apartment was clean and cozy. Great welcome from Thibault and he explained all the areas to go to visit. If we go back to Saint Martin we would go back at the exact same place.

Perfect place. Facing the ocean , close to all the restaurants. Fully equipped for cooking. Clean grounds. Nice size clean pool. Nice size patio out front to view the ocean. Comfortable beds. Nice furniture . Easy to talk with Tibo the man who looks after the place. He was quite informative about things to do on the island as well.would definitely rent again

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful apartment. The hosts, Bernard and Thibaut were excellent communicators from start to finish. The apartment is very well appointed and in the best location -walking distance to everything. The view and privacy from the balcony are outstanding. We highly recommend this apartment and hosts.

Lovely apartment in an ideal location

Excellent stay! The apartment was very clean and perfectly located, with several restaurants within walking distance and a fantastic atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to return. A wonderful experience overall!

Great Location-Great Condo-Great Hosts

The host was so responsive and helpful getting ready t go on vacation here and also so helpful once we got there. The condo itself couldn't be in a better location - you feel like you are in the middle of everything but also feel as though you have your own private space with a beautiful view of the ocean. The condo was also well stocked and very clean!

Fantastic location.

Best location on the island, best beach, lots of restaurants and gourmet food shop within 100 metres. Great host, best equipped place I've ever been to and ive been doing timshares for over 30 years. 2nd floor, not for people with mobility issues. Would definitely stay again.

The Perfect Vacation Rental on St. Martin!

The property is excellent! Beautiful view of the ocean! 80 meter walk to the sand. The unit is tastefully decorated with a very nice layout. It is within very close walking distance to many shops, bars, and terrific restaurants. Perfect location on the island for relaxation. The hosts Thibaut and Bernard were very responsive to all of our needs. Our overall experience was A+!!!

The friendliest place ever

The place was very clean and well stocked for cooking some meals at home rather than going out every time. There was plenty of space to keep our things and the view was spectacular... We will stay here again on our next visit. The restaurants are with in walking distance and everyone we met were the friendliest of people. We even met a local fireman at the grocery store who was very helpful to us and gave some good recommendations. We met George at our place as he was on his patio daily and greeted us like old friends. The iguanas were interesting as we had not seen any this large before. Overall our stay was the best we ever had. Hope to be back soon.

Nous avons eu un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique habitation! L’emplacement à deux pas de la plage, la proximité de plusieurs excellents restaurants situés à 2 minutes de marche ( on y mange très bien!) ainsi que les boutiques et la petite épicerie sont des points forts pour ce condo. Le condo était propre et offrait toutes les commodités nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour. Nous avons également été très bien accueilli à notre arrivée Nous y retournerons c’est certain!
