One of a kind beautiful bungalow located on the Prosperity side of Lake Murray. This captivating property has it's own private boat ramp and dock, however for larger boats, the Dreher Island boat ramp is less than half a mile away. Enjoy the majestic views of Lake Murray from the living room, the kitchen, or the super quiet screened deck. Deepwater year-round, and Amazing fishing right off the dock. Open concept kitchen and living room, and plenty of parking space. Kayak and charcoal grill available!

Awsone stay. Everything as described. The dock was the highlight on the trip. Had a pontoon delivered and was super convenient. My son and I try to take a lake trip every year. A lot of laughter and enjoyment on this trip.

We loved the view of the lake. Piers were very sturdy and long enough to fish from. Beautiful landscape. Everything was clean and provided. We did bring our dog and there was enough yard so she could hang out enjoying being outside. Easy to drive to.

Stayed for a guys fishing trip. The house had everything we need and was right on the lake. There was power at the dock to charge the boat batteries. Host was quick with response time and communication was good.

We had a great time, the house was good and it had all that we needed. The only complaint we had was the outside grill was really old and small. The washer and dryer was not in the house like I thought and it was a hassle to try and use it but other than that it was fine.

The house was very clean and located in a perfect location on the lake. We kayaked, used an inflatable raft (provided by the owner) and our stand-up paddle board. There was a fire pit so we were also able to make s’mores! Communication with the owner was fantastic! It was a perfect weekend get-a-way for our family!

Sunset Lake stay

Carlos was a great host, and very easy to get in contact with. the property was just as pictured but photos can’t capture the quiet, serene views you get from the screened in porch. The house was very clean inside, and had everything we needed. The grill, laundry and boat ramp are 3 great perks of this house. Will definitely stay again.

Just What the Doctor Ordered

We absolutely loved our stay at this quaint lakeside retreat! The home was cozy, clean, and perfectly tucked away to offer total privacy and relaxation. Surrounded by nature and just steps away from the water, it was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. Whether we were enjoying our morning coffee on the porch or unwinding by the lake in the evening, every moment felt rejuvenating. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and recharge in a beautiful, quiet setting!

Great Little Place

Communication was immediate and excellent before the trip. Check in was simple. The place smelled and looked amazing. There was a kayak already there but we brought our own and out on the water we went. The week consisted of swimming off the dock, fishing off the dock while the boys took the boat out—- you can park the boat at the dock or up in the grass and reading on the dock. We did bring a canopy tent that we put up on the dock since it averaged 100 degrees before the humidity. We had all our meals at the house and the grocery store was only 15 minutes away. It only rained the last night and it was a doozy that came up fast. The porch was great but a ceiling fan would have made it perfect as we sat on the porch to work on a puzzle that was already at the house.

Very nice and clean .would recommend anyone who is looking for a few days of rest and relaxation this is the perfect spot only thing was neighborhood dogs came in the yard at night and pooped not the owners fault but beautiful get away .hope to stay again

Great stay

The property was exactly as described, and very clean when we arrived! The dock was perfect, and the boat ramp is just two minutes down the road in the same neighborhood! Screened porch is where we spent most of our nights, a great place right on the water..highly recommend!
