Family Vacation

Great home and wonderful stay. We really enjoyed the pool and hanging out in the back yard. The cleanliness was beyond expectations. My only concern or suggestion would be the addition of curtains or blinds. At night you can clearly see inside the home, which made use on the front bedroom uncomfortable for my daughter. We had to drape a sheet over the window for privacy. Other than that, excellent stay.

Great house, great pool

Great stay - a bit of a drive to the beach but the totally pool made up for it. My only advice is, if you have children, bring a sliding door security measure. There are no barriers between the sliding door and the pool. Highly recommend a top lock to be installed.

Newly remodeled palm coast house.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated house. Neighborhood is peaceful and friendly . Our dogs enjoyed the huge yard to play and run in. I totally recommend staying there . we stayed a month and the only thing we didn't like is that we had to leave. Thank You for letting us stay in you lovely home .

Clean comfortable house

We enjoyed our stay as did our Beagle; yard is totally fenced in which isn't shown in the pictures. Very clean and functional house.

Amazing house

Had an amazing time at the house! My kids absolutely loved the pool. My kids loved the top shallow part and loved jumping into the water from it! Our vacation was amazing and the house felt like home! Would definitely rent again!

Beautiful and Relaxing!

We loved this rental property! It was comfortable and perfectly sized for our vacation. The spare bathtub proved to be a great amenity for nice hot baths! A great plus. The heated pool was very comfortable, even with the cooler weather during our stay. The home is also conveniently located close to many of the amenities in Palm Coast. We also found the neighborhood to be very quiet and calm. We exercised in the neighborhood and everyone we encountered was very friendly. Overall, a great place to stay!

Perfect getaway. Looked exactly as photos in listing.

This home was perfect for our family. The home was spotless and looked exactly as listed. Quiet neighborhood and not too far for shopping. Many nice beaches close by. This home had everything you needed to prepare meals, I did not have to purchase anything. The heated pool was great for evening swimming! We will definitely book again.

Great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. House was very clean and provided all things listed. Neighborhood was nice and neighbors stayed to themselves but would smile and wave. Only complaint would be the yard was not mowed until late into our stay, the grass was quite long. Pool area was clean and very nice. Our kids very much enjoyed swimming in the pool.

Great property! Worth it

House is super cute, in a nice neighborhood. Clean and tidy. Not far to groceries/food. Loved the pool - we saw previous comments about the pool being new, so the surface is rough and can scratch up skin. I recommend water shoes if you'll be in there often, but we still did ok during a 5 night stay. Only negative was that the backyard really needed to be mowed, but our dog still loved running through it. Owner was easy to message and gave great instructions ahead of stay.

Beautiful property with pool, close to everything.

The property was well maintained, clean, and matched the listing, which is always nice to see. Communication with the property manager was quick and efficient so we never felt like we'd be stuck if we had a problem. The screen covered pool keeps the pests away, which is a necessity for this area if you aren't used to the bugs. We plan to rent again when we visit our local family!

Artistic interior design and refreshing pool.

The artistic tile design in both bathrooms, the floor and the sparkling kitchen countertops kept my eyes pleased. The pool kept my body happy. The wonderfully stocked kitchen and entire home were very clean. (Feel free to publish the above. The following is Just for your eyes: I’m old school and still like a top sheet on the bed. I also prefer window coverings available that provide privacy at night. Neither or those things were important enough to bother you with. When I did bother you, for help with the pool temperature, the pool was wonderful by the next day. And the pool light came on every evening after our messages. Thank you so much for a wonderful place to call home in Palm Coast while we were there.

Great stay and amazing backyard

My family (including our dogs) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The covered lanai paired with the fenced in backyard was just a wonderful setup for us. Everything about the house was clean and new (minus some wear some guests must have put on the pans in the kitchen). The front door lock was a bit hard to get open, I assume because it’s new, so that made for a little bit of a scare upon arrival but we were able to get in and we would absolutely stay here again if we needed to stay in the area.

Great home base for NE Florida

We have stayed in Palm Coast and St Augustine several times on various vacations. This was by far the nicest home we have rented. It is clean and comfortable and well appointed for a week in the sun with the family. We appreciated that it is dog friendly, and since our furry friends don't like to swim it wasn't a problem keeping them out of the pool. Everything is modern and stylish. The pictures give you a very good idea of the real experience staying there. Everything is tiled so the house is easy to keep clean as you come and go from your adventures. The pool is screened in so you don't have to worry about the bugs. The whole house has bluetooth speakers to stream your music. I especially appreciated the kitchen. There are high quality pots and pans and knives so you can actually enjoy cooking with the fresh seafood and local produce. That is always a struggle for me at vacation rentals and this is the first one I didn't have to buy anything to use in the kitchen! The bedrooms are large and nicely furnished. I like the layout with the master suite on the opposite side of the house from the other 2 bedrooms. I found the beds to be extremely comfortable. We are now talking about upgrading to the Bamboo Memory Foam mattresses at home. Palm Coast is not a resort town. The subdivisions are laid out so there aren't a lot of cut-throughs. This makes it nice to walk the neighborhood, and you can let your older kids ride the 2 provided bikes without worrying. It does take a bit longer to get to the stores from here but it was worth it to be in a nice quiet neighborhood. Pro Tip: the Publix closest to the house doesn't have the full bakery so it is worth it to go a little farther to the bigger one in Island Walk to get the good Key Lime pies. The best place to buy fresh local seafood is at A1A fisheries, just North of Bings Landing. Going to Flagler Beach is better (and cheaper) going South to 100 and traveling East. The Hammock Dunes Bridge is only $2 but is only convenient when you are heading North to Washington Oaks or the beaches toward St Augustine. Palm Coast is a great location because it is half way between St Augustine and Daytona Beach, but isn't a crazy party scene. You are just over an hour from the Kennedy Space Center, and just under 2 hours from Orlando if you want to surprise the kids with a day at Universal or Disney. Book this home with confidence and get ready for a great vacation. We are already booked for next year!

Cute house

New home, very clean and everything top notch but the beds especially the master suite was as hard as rocks. The pool was beautiful and very nice but due to it being new my husband left with cuts and scrapes all over his knees and feet due to the sharp sides of the steps and pool sides. It would have been nice to been told ahead of time. Everything was very well laid out. Had to ask for more toilet paper as there was no stock of any paper towel either only what was on the rolls for the 11 days for two people. We couldn’t buy any movies on our own apps on Amazon etc because of the parental locks on the tv’s even after reaching the property owner which would have been nice since we were there during a cold rainy snap. All the beds in the house were not very comfortable and the blinds were all see through which was not great at all when getting dressed in the front bedroom with the light on, the neighbors across the street can see right in the house. No privacy at all. The pool lights don’t go off until 11pm and you can’t turn them off without contacting the property owner so the master and the second bedroom was lit up until 11pm every night which was not great at all if you wanted to go to bed before 11pm. Was a nice fenced yard for our Great Dane and lots of room for him to roam. Property owner was easy to contact and very friendly and got in touch with me quickly and we were able to add one more day due to bad weather back home. Overall we will not be back. Could be a great place for a family rental with someone who doesn’t mind firm beds and wants a pools with a yard.
