Beautiful home 5 houses from the Canyon and walking distance to Downtown
This house is a steal at this price, which includes utilities. We are in the middle of remodeling the house, that is why there are no interior photos, but if you have any questions about the floor plan please feel free to reach out. We will post pictures as areas of the house are finished.
This house can either be furnished or unfurnished, if you would like to bring your own furniture. If you would prefer furnished the Master bedroom will have a queen bed. Bedroom 2 and 3 can have 1 or 2 twin beds, you get to choose.
There is also a great fully fenced back yard with a level grass area for soccer or playing catch. There is a swing set for younger kids and a basketball pad for the older kids and kids at heart.
This house is in a great location. Only 5 houses from City Creek Canyon with dozens of new trails opening the spring of 2021, along with all the long established trail system for biking, hiking and running. The house is just up the hill from downtown, 7 minutes from the University of Utah and 40 minutes to the ski resorts. Public transportation is only one block away.
We are looking for a short term lease of 3 months, but the ending date could be extended if requested.
We are also open to a 30-day minimum rental if we can piece it all together with other renters.
